Casa Melino is a lovely holiday house set in a beautiful and panoramic position near the small village of Ciggiano in the Province of Arezzo. Thanks to recent and careful restoration, this property has been transformed into a comfortable holiday villa with private pool that, with its magical combination of old and new, awaits those who wish to spend their holidays in this area.
Casa Melino is composed of a main house with two independant units  (the right one for 4+1 people and the left one for 4+2 people) and a dependance (2+2)
Monte San Savino is only 5 km away from the villa and it is one of the most important villages of the Valdichiana valley with every kind of shops and facilities and offers countless cultural and folk shows.   This village, probably founded during the Roman Era and certainly an important castle in Medieval times, is nowadays one of the most visited destinations of the Valdichiana.  Its walls protect many important Medieval and Renaissance buildings.

MAIN HOUSE - right wing 105 m² (5 sleeps)

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into the living area with sofa, piano (working) and a fireplace, satellite TV and stereo. Guest toilet with washing machine. On the left side of the fireplace, an open arch leads to the dining room and further into the kitchen. On the right side of the fireplace, another open arch leads up to the stairs to the sleeping area.
FIRST FLOOR: spacious bedroom with double bed, shared bathroom with shower, suite with double bedroom and connecting passage into a small bedroom with a French bed (bed width 1.20 m).

MAIN HOUSE left wing 105 m² (4 sleeps)

GROUND FLOOR: entrance into the living room with sofa and fireplace. Next to there is a beautiful kitchen with dining table and chairs where the entire group can cook and eat together. Furthermore there is a shared bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR (access through an internal stone staircase): bathroom with shower, double bedroom, a corridor with a beautiful stone wall, which is highlighted by the appropriate lighting, leads to the second double bedroom with private bathroom.

About 20 m from the main house there is the lovely DEPENDANCE 40 m² (2 + 2 sleeps)GROUND FLOOR: entrance into a spacious kitchen with dining area and double sofa bed, spacious double bedroom with 1 extra bed (suitable for a child), bathroom with shower.

OUTDOOR
Casa Melino has a well-kept and completely fenced property with an electric access gate.

Outside, the holiday guests have several areas with garden seating, a patio with table and chairs for outdoor eating, a brick barbecue and a wood burning oven and a swimming pool 6 x 12 m, depth from 1,35 to 2,15 m) with a beautiful view. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

Slightly above the pool, there is a wellness area in a small stone garden shed with access through a porch with hot water-whirlpool and a Finnish sauna and a bathroom with shower and toilet inside.


THE PRICE INCLUDES:
final cleaning, pets are welcome on request, electricity, water, cooking gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, pool towels, use of SPA (finish sauna and jacuzzi), heating and air conditioning (max. 8 hours/24), 1 cot & high chair (on previous request), fast internet connection, garden and pool maintenance, use of pool from last Saturday of April to first Saturday of October
