The spacious terrace and kidney shaped pool are the perfect spot to enjoy the Menorcan sunshine, plus there is plenty of shade under the covered terrace and a brick built BBQ to enjoy dining alfresco. Calan Bosch’s lively marina with a good selection of restaurants and bars and the beach, are just under 5 minutes' drive away or a pleasant 25 minute stroll away. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Sol I is located in the area of Cap D´Artrutx, where you can enjoy a beautiful 15 minute seafront walk to the lighthouse and a nearby restaurant with spectacular views – a perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.
