Entreverde House is strategically located in the mountains of Ojochal, in a gated community and with a 24/7 security. Only 12 minutes away from Playa Ventanas and 25 minutes away from National Park Marino Ballena.

With a modern and airy design where sliding glass doors helps to blur the boundaries between indoors and out. There is plenty of outdoor living space, with two different moods terraces and a long deck, to enjoy the nature and ocean views the area has to offers. All the woodwork in the house is crafted by local artisans.

The main level of the house features an open space that intregates the kitchen, dining and living area, next to them is the master bedroom with its own master bathroom, both with direct access to the deck. Also, in this level is the powder room and the garage. In the upper level you can find two more bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and the two moods terraces. All three bedrooms are fully equipped with AC and ceiling fans. On the lower level you will find the pool with its own deck integrated with the landscape and the jungle.

The access road to the house is 100% safe, however, it’s necessary to drive an SUV 4x4 vehicle.

-Please do not leave the AC or fans when you are not in the house.
-If you are staying with children or under age teens you will be the only one responsable for their safety

-Any damage or loss of the FF&E ( furniture, finishes & equipment) will be responsibility of the guest
-Failure to comply with any of the house rules its a breach of the rental agreement, if any of this ocurres, the owner and/or host reserved the right to terminate the contract.
