Located on a hill at 600 meters above sea level, it has private access through an automatic gate, with 1 km of uphill dirt road that can be traveled by all types of cars. It is 10 km from City of Casetllo. It has a private swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the valley, the nearest neighbors are 1 km away. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with 2 refrigerators, the living room and the veranda with dining table. Also on the ground floor there is a triple room with bathroom for the disabled and a studio apartment with kitchenette and private bathroom, these two rooms also have private access from the garden behind. On the first floor there is a triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor you will find a sitting area with Smart TV. Outside there is also an ancient wood-burning oven where you can grill and cook grilled meat and vegetables. SANVENTURA is a very special place where everyone feels at ease, as if they were at home. The location is ideal for reaching tourist areas of both Umbria and Tuscany in a maximum of 2 hours.
