JJ was so kind and welcoming. We had a couple of family medical issues during our trip, and he was flexible with the dates of our stay and checkout. The unit we stayed in was very nice and well-appointed, and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, great kitchen, spacious great room that allowed us to breathe and relax. And our pups loved it! It was quiet and had nice yard space for our pups. The woman who lived in the unit next door was so nice and she loved our dogs. We worried about disturbing her if our dogs were outside with us but she reassured us that she was fine with them. All in all, we could not have asked for more in a vacation rental or in the graciousness and kindness of our host, JJ.

Was a good stay there was someone that came into apartment while I was gone to visit my dad but my husband had to stay back to finish his work and someone just came in the apartment that was a little bit unsettling but he introduced himself and was a person that helped the owner

August through Oct stay - Outstanding, Highly Recommend

The only mishap was the electronic entry did not work upon arrival but we were not delayed in gaining access. Host was accessible as needed. In addition, the fulltime tenant in adjoining rental keeps a close eye on things and is very friendly. Nothing to worry about inside as it has everything you need. We were not able to stay our full time and host was kind enough to credit for future. Bottom line is nothing to worry about here as it is as advertised. No surprises. Will return.

Great dog friendly spot

We went to visit some family and the property was great and dog friendly which was important for us! We arrived late due to a long drive and the self check in was a huge relief and so easy! A great place to stay with your pet.

Just recently spend 3 nights here. Communication with the host was amazing. I was deciding between two houses and chose this one because of the communication. Very clean and quiet. I absolutely loved it and will be back.

Wonderful, Woodsy Retreat

We’ve stayed at many VRBO over the years and this accommodation was one of the best. Very quiet, set with surrounding woods, we enjoyed the privacy it afforded. We appreciated that it was pet friendly and that we could bring our small, well behaved dog. We also appreciated having a kitchen and it was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. There are a few fun, casual restaurants to go to as well. If you’re looking for a great stay in this area, we highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed and the host was so easy to work with and accommodating! If there is an occasion for us to stay here again, we wouldn’t hesitate. Thank you for everything!

A country get away

The Duplex Apt is located in a quiet area with a nice back yard looking into the woods. We hoped for a deer sighting, but we’re not lucky enough. Very clean & comfortable. Central enough to reach Homosassa Springs, Rainbow Springs, Crystal River & Golf courses. Lots of options to hike. Fun, rustic restaurants & Bars in Dunnellon. We enjoyed it all!

Perfect for our needs!

This home had everything we needed. My family and extended family (two German Shepherds) had a really great time. Every thing was so like brand new that I even conveyed to the owner that I was afraid to scratch or dirty anything. I asked the owner why he put "just basics" in the description. He responded there was no pool or hot tub .... so what. Great place to relax and to use as a base camp for anything that you want to do in the area. I have friends in the area and will definitely stay in this home again.
