Trulli Almaviva is a beautiful complex of trulli with swimming pool and lawn. The typical rural house is entirely renovated and it can be rented for holidays in the Itria Valley, in Cisternino. The property consists of a main unit and an outbuilding and it accommodates up to 12 guests.
In the garden there is a built-in barbecue, outdoor shower and parking.

Trulli Almaviva is a beautiful villa with swimming pool in ancient trulli, located in the Itria Valley, in a suggestive area with stunning panoramic view on the surrounding countryside and the famous town of Cisternino.
The 4.000-square-meter garden with lush lawn is embellished by Mediterranean scrub, fruit trees and olive trees and it`s a true peaceful oasis.
The exclusive swimming pool is surrounded by beach beds and gazebo. The covered areas and porches allows to enjoy the outdoor aeras. By the swimming pool there is an open bathroom with toilet and outdoor shower.
Morever, there are two covered outdoor areas: one with elegant furniture where you can relax, while the other is by the swimming pool with outdoor dining area, countertop with induction hobs, mini-bar, electric oven and sink, with view on the swimming pool and the city centre of Cisternino.
In the front yard there is another porch with built-in barbecue and wood-burning oven.

The main unit consists of a cozy dining room in a trullo, a fully-equipped modern kitchen and 4 double bedrooms, three of which with ensuite bathroom, while the other is adjacent to another bathroom.
The outbuilding consists of a typical lamia and trulli with a small living room and dining area, kitchenette and mini-bar, dishwasher and induction hob, 2 bedrooms (double and twin) and a bathroom.
The surroundings of Trulli Almaviva in Cisternino
Trulli Almaviva is in the countryside of Cisternino, less than 2 kilometers away from the lovely and well-known old town centre with its wine and food tradition and its architectural and cultural spots.
The property is a short drive away from other beautiful old town centres such as Martina Franca, 10 kilometers away, Ceglie Messapica, 12 kilometers away and Ostuni, 14 kilometers away. It is also close to the Adriatic coast. The beaches of the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto are only 30 minutes` drive away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 250.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The use of the hot tub must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival (opening and closing can only be handled by authorized personnel). The use is limited to 1 day every 3 nights booked and exclusively from 9.00 to 18.00 in low season and from 10.00 to 20.00 in high season.
- It is ABSOLUTELY forbidden to recharge electric vehicles from the property’s electrical outlets.
