The room was very clean. The only thing I was disappointed with was not being able to get a fresh cup of coffee in a room. There is a Kurig but only two little teas for two cups. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bar tenders and Kendrick were so fun to talk to and drinks were great!!

We had a quick weekend in Cincinnati for a concert- our experience at the Summit exceeded expectations- clean, great staff and really good food - don’t skip the garlic parm wings and burger! Will definitely be back on our next trip to Cinci!

Clean room. Good location for concert at Riverbend as it is self parking and you don’t have to mess with downtown. Downside is not a lot of food options near by for after the show.

The hotel is business centric and most if not all guess are there for work. But there are parts of the hotel with no wifi signal in the rooms. Made checking emails and video conferencing extremely challenging

Stolen stuff

I had a hat, charger, cords and toiletries stolen when I went down to a meeting. They said the cleaning crew “couldn’t find” them. The cleaning crew cart was sitting outside of my room when I returned to room finding items missing. When I called them they wouldn’t reimburse for them.

Great hotel. Very beautiful and the staff was great. Wedding going on during stay so it was very busy but good. Across the street dining option and there was an event going on across the street open to the public. Definitely would stay again.
