The pool was nice. The rest of the place was dirty.

It was fine. Pretty clean and fine but nothing special.

Very run down and both beds in our room had broken frames.

We were here one night and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, had a great view and parking was close.

The staff while checking in were fantastic!! So polite and accommodating.

No air conditioner. No sleep. Horrible stay. They could not switch rooms. Please refund

Dirty, poor condition of hotel, overpriced . Valet was a joke. Guy didn’t help with luggage . Last time we stay at the millennium

Fix the elevators! For $28/a night valet should be better organized. Staff was friendly, rioms dated and in need of repairs. Priced appropriately.

The place super over priced for the condition of the room and the hotel.

I was charged twice-once by orbitz and once by Millenium, have called them twice, and no one has fixed the problem yet.

Location was great. Rooms were dirty, no mini fridge (mold where fridge should be), hotel parking was full, shower hardly worked and the bathroom had brown stains all over the floors, walls, and toilet. Elevators were down so there was a line to get on an elevator to get to our room.

Good location. Property is dingy and out dated. Toilet ran all night. Lobby smelled horrific.

The price for the room was good but the hotel had an awful odor(musty, smelled like a nursing home in the lobby and on the floor were are room was, only two people working the front desk and had to wait in a line of people just to check in, and also the room was extremely warm;We had the air is low as it could go and the room was still warm...my family and I didn’t rest well bc of the heat. Not a good stay for us. :( We use to stay here for bengals games but if the conditions don’t change we will not return:(

No fridge in room. Blowers in hallway to dry carpet wasn't good. Rooms were very small.

Not sure if breakfast was included. Also had only valet parking.

This place is in bad need of repair, the carpets are heavily stained, the wall paper is pealing off the walls and there are smells of sewage. One elevator was out of service. Does not look like anyone has painted anything in 15 years. I went to the vending machines on my floor and the area was worse than the common areas in the parking deck.
