Overall experience was pretty good. Location was great. Would definitely refer others to tge hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for business in downtown Cincinnati. The first time I stayed, I had read bad reviews, but I thought I would give it a shot for one night since the rate was a steal for downtown. I was more than impressed. My room was spacious and had a fabulous view. So, I returned a few weeks later. My room was comfortable, but it was smaller and a bit shabbier. The common areas are great, and the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. I suspect the difference in the rooms was because they were in opposite towers. All in all, I recommend it.

After reading other reviews, I was apprehensive about staying in this hotel. I've stayed in several different hotels in Cincinnati, and while this isn't the fanciest, I didn't find anything lacking that prevented me from being comfortable. I was in town for one night. The location was perfect for where I needed to be. Parking was easy. I had a wonderful view from my room on the 25th floor. I have to return to downtown for work soon, and I will definitely consider the Millennium again.

No fridge Bed side light does not switch off. Had to sleep the whole night with light on

Hotel is older and could use some updates but was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Restful and convenient. Close to everything. Staff very helpful.

very nice, clean and convinient. there was a water lick from the ceiling and the hair dryer did not work, no trash can in the bathroom.

My girlfriend and I opted for one of the nicer rooms, so we thought, on the north tower. As it turns out, signage is ripped from the walls, wifi and cable were barely functional (they're supposedly upgrading), the bed was the squeakiest and loudest bed I have ever slept on in a hotel, and the hotel itself seemed run down, except for the lobby. This hotel stay reminded me of an old factory that hadn't been operational for years. A best western would've been more satisfactory.

Needs some updating but great central location for the money. Found a long hair on the toilet that was not from our party.

it was ok. we booked a double room got a king room. child had to sleep on the floor. very upset about this!

Complete rip off for the price. Dirty carpet, shower head broken, toilet ran slow, curtains dirty

Not impressed. Stayed there in the past, why we stayed there before. Never again.

The room was on the 19th floor, but elevators were quick and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is located conveniently for downtown. would have liked to have free breakfast , that was the only thing missing.

This hotel was okay - It was centrally located. Nothing fancy.

Great for concerts or sporting events like Reds and Bengals. If you and your friend want a pre game hotel this is it. I've stayed in this hotel 11 times over the past 5 years.

The rooms are way small compared to the price of the room.

Unclean rooms-completely outdated. Hotel staff accommodating and friendly but still would not choose to stay here again.

For 200 bucks i expected a clean bathroom. Staff was really nice

The hotel staff was great when we checked in, and it went downhill from there. The room was warm when we got into it. We turned on the air conditioner, which started to leak onto the carpet (creating a large wet spot on the carpet that smelled by the next morning. The bathtub had a ring in it. I could not tell if it was fresh or historic, but either way I refused to step into the shower. I placed a clean towel on the floor of the shower, in order for my wife and I to shower. There was no hot water, so the shower was less than enjoyable. Cold enough that we refused to have our kids shower that morning. When we went to leave there was only one valet on duty. There were at least 10 people wiating on their cars. Some were so frustrated they offered to walk down and get their car as the valet was getting another car. Overall, I would never stay at this facility again, nor would I recommend it to anyone!

I would rate this stay as average, there has nothing overly nice about the stay.
