Millennium Cincinnati

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

I was very disappointed at the beginning of getting to the Millennium. We arrived and had no idea were to park. I left car running on street to try and find an employee to tell me how to park. "This is valet only please move your car", was all I could get. I went in and found a guy who explained we would have to park at a public parking garage next door. We do that and lug all our stuff back to hotel to be told we cannot check in until 4 pm, no exceptions. haul our stuff back to car, change clothes in the car for game, after long drive to Cincinnati. Not happy, Pool gentleman was nice in evening but out of towels. No food could be delivered to room, tried a couple restaurants and services in morning. not even any food at vending machines.

Feels kind of run down, but basically clean and comfortable

The hotel staff was great, the lobby area was very nice, but the actual room was so out dated. Room was very old, bed was lumpy and the bathroom was nasty especially the shower area. Like I said the rooms needs to be updated.

We stayed for a single night after a baseball game. Staff was friendly and inviting. The room was clean but the comfort of the bed was an issue for us. Overall, we had a very pleasurable experience and would gladly recommend to anyone.

We were there for a three night stay. The bathroom was small and needed some updates/repairs. The safety rail in the shower was coming away from the wall. There was also some peeling paint. It wasn't the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. There was some small debris on the carpet at arrival, like thread and maybe dirt or crumbs, which made me think the floor hadn't been swept well. I wore shoes in our room the whole time because I didn't feel comfortable being barefoot if no one cleaned. The last day of our visit, sure enough, no one cleaned our room. We had left our wet towels in a pile on the floor in the morning expecting them to be replaced and they were still on the floor at 11 pm when we came back. We also got stuck in the elevator for a short time. I think the next time I'm in Cincinnati that I will choose another hotel to stay in. This place just left a lot to be desired.

Good hotel for price, they are improving facilities.. refrigerators are a must..

Comfortable room. A hair seemed glued to the toilet but otherwise good

Check in was easy and fast The person at the desk knowledgeable about area and friendly

Not one thing I can point as the worst, but it's a 2 star experience overall. Reception staff are friendly, no complaints on them, it's just the hotel itself

I was at the hotel for a conference and was not disappointed at all with the comfort, convenience and cost. I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here, but I would recommend keeping your expectations at a minimum. Nothing was outright unacceptable; However, the staff, although kind & friendly, was not very professional and the housekeeping was unimpressive.

Overall experience was pretty good. Location was great. Would definitely refer others to tge hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for business in downtown Cincinnati. The first time I stayed, I had read bad reviews, but I thought I would give it a shot for one night since the rate was a steal for downtown. I was more than impressed. My room was spacious and had a fabulous view. So, I returned a few weeks later. My room was comfortable, but it was smaller and a bit shabbier. The common areas are great, and the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. I suspect the difference in the rooms was because they were in opposite towers. All in all, I recommend it.

After reading other reviews, I was apprehensive about staying in this hotel. I've stayed in several different hotels in Cincinnati, and while this isn't the fanciest, I didn't find anything lacking that prevented me from being comfortable. I was in town for one night. The location was perfect for where I needed to be. Parking was easy. I had a wonderful view from my room on the 25th floor. I have to return to downtown for work soon, and I will definitely consider the Millennium again.

No fridge Bed side light does not switch off. Had to sleep the whole night with light on

Hotel is older and could use some updates but was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Restful and convenient. Close to everything. Staff very helpful.

very nice, clean and convinient. there was a water lick from the ceiling and the hair dryer did not work, no trash can in the bathroom.

My girlfriend and I opted for one of the nicer rooms, so we thought, on the north tower. As it turns out, signage is ripped from the walls, wifi and cable were barely functional (they're supposedly upgrading), the bed was the squeakiest and loudest bed I have ever slept on in a hotel, and the hotel itself seemed run down, except for the lobby. This hotel stay reminded me of an old factory that hadn't been operational for years. A best western would've been more satisfactory.

Needs some updating but great central location for the money. Found a long hair on the toilet that was not from our party.

it was ok. we booked a double room got a king room. child had to sleep on the floor. very upset about this!
