It was clean. Very nice at the front desk. Phones in room did not work

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

They had a restaurant but the price was more than I thought it should be. We did hear kids on the floor above us but it was not to bad. I would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful the rooms were clean the food tastes wonderful and I would go again I went for a stay vacation and had a good time

We were only here for a one night layover, but there were some things that needed work. The front desk staff didn't tell us our room number or where to go to get to our room. We heard no information about the wifi or what was available at the hotel for our use. Our reservation hadn't downlaoded into their system yet and we felt like we were burdening them to figure it out. The room itself was okay, but cold and no instructions on how to change the temperature. There was mold in the shower but otherwise the room was clean.

Booked this hotel and in the booking breakfast was supposed to be included, they said that that they do not offer free breakfast and that we would have to pay. The pool was closed indefinitely, they said if we wanted to use a pool, we could drive 3 miles to another hotel.

Noisy hotel, hotel key card would not work twice, small rooms,. Nice hotel bar area, nice neighborhood, close to shopping.

My only complaint is that we reserved a roll-away and weren't told until check in that it's a fire code violation to have a roll away in a double room. It left us in a bad spot, and the hotel staff offered no solution. We had to scramble to buy an air mattress.

Hotel is fairly new with clean rooms, pool, fitness facilities and in-house bar. No complaints about the stay or rooms. It is conveniently located in West Chester down from Cabellas and the Liberty Center shopping complex. Many restaurants are within 5-10 minutes as well. Good location if staying in the area to visit with access to main roads to the north and south of Tyler's Place Rd.

The staff was great and super friendly. We had a last minute booking with them because other plans fell thru and they were able to get us right in. This was the second time we had stayed with them and it will not be the last. Great Staff.

Though the outside of the building looked very new and clean, they were in the process of renovating the inside. The room was very dated and there was a lot of stains on the carpet and a lot of nicks and scratched on the walls and the furniture looked pretty beat up. Maybe when they are done with the inside renovations, this place won't be so bad. On the up side, they had a decent free breakfast in the a.m.

The hotel was nice and comfortable and the staff was friendly. We were disappointed that we did not know the hotel was under construction and the hot tube was out of service when we booked our stay. We probably would have chose another hotel if we knew this.

Nothing special, just another hotel for the business traveler.

It was my first time to stay a night at Wingate after I saw the positive reviews about it. It offers a free breakfast which is good. But the whole sleeping night is bad. It turned out a small full size bed for me and my husband while the description on the web said an accessible double person room. The air conditioner is what I hate most because it is very noisy and close to the bed. The window faces the west sunset and is dead for opening that makes the room very hot.

It's true when they say you get what you pay for. We were staying at a cheaper hotel and while the staff was friendly no one ever came to clean our rooms even after having asked them to. Eventually we just asked for towels and knew we were leaving the next day. We booked at the Wingate and though it was a little more expensive, it was well worth it. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom bigger, continental breakfast was actually worth something, I would definitely stay here again.

The Elliptical machine was missing its cord, so no motivating data or level of effort selection. At check-in the clerk was very good, giving us the “first” room on the quite side of the hotel. The breakfast was not excellent, but good to very good. The toaster and waffle iron were among the highlights of the breakfast. The clean-up women were helpful. pleasant and courteous. The check-out clerk talked on the phone at least 95% of the time while were checking out. This kind of behavior makes me “mad”.

We loved staying here! Near restaurants and shopping! Easy on and off of 71/75. Rooms were updated and staff friendly. We drive from TN to MI twice a year and will make this our regular halfway stop!

We appreciate your feedback and we will be sure to discuss how to fix the issues you have mentioned. Unfortunately, the staff is not allowed to say guest information out loud, such as room numbers, for their safety. As far as the amenities not being communicated properly, we do apologize for the lack of communication. We will be sure to have our maintenance staff check rooms for mold issues so that we can tackle that quickly. We hope that you visit with us again when you are in town!
