Small derails matter

It's a nice house, well maintained, and the descriptions were accurate. I enjoyed the small details. The framed map on the wall with highlights of the city. The toys and books for the kiddos. The artwork on the walls that wasn't mass produced. Even the WiFi address and password. You can tell the owners put some thought into their house.

Iris Cottage

Lovely classic two story home with beautiful original hardwood floors and doors with glass knobs. The beds were all very comfortable . The neighborhood was convenient to Xavier and easy to get to anywhere else in the city. We even saw Deer visit in the early evenings and mornings. The stairs are hardwood and bare and could be difficult for some seniors and small dogs. Maybe carpeted would be helpful? We would definitely stay again when visiting our son at Xavier or Cincinnati in general.
