I want to highlight that Colleen who was attending the breakfast area on the morning of our checkout went out of her way to assist us with our dog packaging his food for transport home and breakfast requirements that we needed for my son who has celiac.. Having such a thoughtful and caring person assist us during our stay was a true highlight and makes us look forward to coming back!

Clean large room. Friendly staff and hot breakfast. Parking could be better. We came in at 11:30 and was hard to find a parking spot. There is a camper store next to the hotel and there were several large campers around. Will stay again but if the parking continues to be limited we may have to look elsewhere. Hotel itself was great.

Sports team filled most of the hotel, no military discount, other people cam in and got a better price off the street. Call the hotel don't go through Expedia.

The representative checking in was fantastic! She was friendly, personable, and welcoming. We had booked a suite for five adults. On arriving in our room there were no additional towels, toiletries and later discovered there was no bedding in the suite for the pull-out couch. We thought maybe they had already made the pull out and upon unfolding it there was a massive urine stain on the mattress. We called the front desk to let them know about the bedding. They told us we had to come down and get it, we also told him about the massive urine stain on the mattress and that we were able to switch it with a family members from their pullout that they weren't using. There was no apology, no offer to make it right, just asked what room the dirty mattress was in now. There was sunflower seeds stuck to the bed frame of the pull out and a dirty sock from a previous occupant beside the couch. Definitely not a great experience
