We spent a week with family, 3 sets of spouses and two sets of kids, ages 13 to 23. This was the perfect set up for us, with private and shared space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen and grill were excellent for when we wanted to stay in and cook and the pool was perfect for just relaxing together. The property was close enough to town that we could easily head out for dinner or the beach at any time. The provided snorkeling gear, towels and beach chairs made it easier because we didn't have to pack any of those items. The gated community felt very safe and the property itself was clean and well-kept. We would definitely return.

Had a wonderful week in Judith's Fancy. The house was very comfortable and convenient to a lot of the attractions around the Island. The host Kelly met us at the home at went thru everything with us. We loved the area and being in a gated community allowed for enjoyable walks. Great place for families to enjoy some great Caribbean weather. The house also had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to explore the wonderful beached around St Croix.

Villa was so spacious, and very well maintained. Our 1 and 2 year old grandsons spent many fun filled hours in the pool. There is a pack n play for sleeping and a bigger play yard with canopy for outside use. The pantry was well stocked with staples from previous guests. The trash was picked up 2 or 3 times during out 10 day stay. The neighborhood is ideal for walking, very little traffic. The nicest villa we've booked in our 10 years of vacationing on St. Croix. Kelly was very responsive, and offers a provisioning service which was so helpful since we arrived on Thanksgiving Day. We will be back !

One of the Best Stays in STX!This home was absolutely spectacular — impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and incredibly well stocked. One of the best properties I’ve stayed at in St. Croix!Pro tip: don’t go grocery shopping until you’ve seen the house — has more than most! To top it off, our realtor met us at the property and was helpful the entire trip. From start to finish, it was a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Relaxing get away

We had a group of 6 family members ranging in age from 20 to 58. The house was spotless and had plenty of room. The views are amazing. The outdoor kitchen and pool area were wonderful for nights we wanted to stay, grill and relax. The house can easily hold 12. We did not use the bunk room that will hold 6. This is the second time we have rented the property and we will continue to do so in the future. The host is helpful and responsive. It was a great experience.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay for 7 adults! The property and house were spacious and very enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable, lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the openness between indoor and outdoor living was great! We had a lot of wind during out stay so limited out enjoyment of the outdoor amenities but if the weather had been better it would have been amazing. We had a few issues to address during our stay and Kelly was very responsive with fixes done in a timely manner. Location was centrally located on the island which was nice. We'd for sure return to this home if we get back to St. Croix with our Forever Friends!

Amazing Location

Family dream come true!

10 members of my family gathered here and had a wonderful time. The house is fantastically laid out and I can’t recommend it high enough. Great views, plenty of space and good support from management. Great memories we will never forget!!!

Paradise in St Croix

Never before has our family stayed in such luxurious surroundings ~ what a view of the Ocean from our own backyard. The host made check in quite easy and worry free giving us a thorough walk through of the Villa. The private rooms with their own bathroom gave each of our adult kids’s & families their own relaxing space with a veranda to see the beauty outside. The primary suite had private his and her bathrooms, a closet even I couldn’t fill and an outdoor shower perfect to wash the kids. I loved how clean it was for being outside. It was wonderful to have the Grandkids to have their own roomy room with a nice bathroom. It was so nice to have the laundry room so handy for everyone. Once we filled the pantry and refrigerator we ate 90 percent of our meals at home. The entire family spent morning to night in the Saltwater Pool. (Now we are putting one in our new home) We had so much fun barbecuing our dinners and eating outdoors under the Cabana. I am so particular about cleanliness that I am always concerned a place will not meet my high standards. This beautiful Home away from Home surpassed even my obsessive ways making my stay so much more pleasurable. When it comes to customer service, one call was all it took to get the lighting fixed in our room. I think knowing how a host communicates and how they solve a problem is important. Our family created memories that will last a lifetime. I wish you the very same!

Week of Zen

Property was conveniently located and beautifully situated with a stunning view. Kelly was a responsive host and even had a thoughtful welcome gift upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and everything well appointed. Kitchen was morw than sufficiently stocked. Pool was lovely. Appreciated the celing fans in each room, and the snorkling gear & towels available during our stay.

Another return trip to our favorite Caribbean spot

Spouse, myself, and 5 very close friends came down for a quick 10 day visit. We love sharing this island and home with friends. This house lends itself perfectly for groups who enjoy staying and partying outside, yet super swank and comfy when you need to be inside. Centrally located and close to everything the house has to offer. Looking forward to our next visit, already booked for next winter (3 weeks).

Beautiful Location!

The location is perfect! We were able to get all around the island easily. The views from the house are outstanding!! The house is just as pictured. It was perfect for our family of 5 trip. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay here again, highly recommend!

Absolute Perfection!

The house couldn't have been more perfect for our party of 12. They even had a bunch of games on hand which came in handy when it was raining. So many nice touches such as a basket a beach towels. We highly recommend this house!
