Staff was lovely but the bathrooms didn't have toilet paper when we arrived and there is only one shower mat despite the bathrooms being common. Since each guest is given a shower towel, it feels appropriate we should be given our own foot mat and wash cloth for the common area. Kitchen was not 24 hours which was a bummer when we arrived at 10:15 to see it closed. Parking is kind of expensive if you don't show up after 6pm for street parking and you will have to feed the meter at 9am.

The place seemed more like a hostel/hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The TV was nice, I was able to sign into my USA Netflix account and was few movies during my stay. Only cons, the walls seem thin, can hear your neighbor come ‘n’ go and hear their door shut. The area was perfect. Quiet and felt safe. Couple blocks from food and shopping area. There is a restaurant inside and couple of cafes next door. I would stay again.

Checking in was a breeze. Got to our room and there were no towels at all. Had dinner at The Pantry and we waited 30 minutes for a server to get our orders and another 30 minutes for our food. Breakfast was a nightmare. The Pantry was full so we were seated at Umu. Buffet food was limited and no fried rice. Talked to 3 servers about it and nothing. We end up walking to The Pantry to get rice and other food. The hotel is obviously understaffed.
