Located in The West-end Quadrant an ideal location for shows and wedding venues including The Pegasus Arms. The Apartment can be configured as KING & QUEEN or QUEEN & TWO SINGLES High chair & PortAcot are available on request. Guests must comply with Body Corp rules including, no pets, smoking in designated areas only (Patio). No parties/functions without express written permission. Advisory notice: The Penthouse has extensive outdoor patio terracing. In the interests of safety. Perfect
Location was perfect, within walking distance of CBD and Botanical Gardens. Everything was spotless, the apartment was lovely with a lot of natural light and quiet. Geoff is very efficient and very nice and went the extra mile by dropping us off at the supermarket. We made use of the kitchen facilities and everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend

A really well appointed apartment in such a great location - no need to hire a car- everything at your fingertips!
Lovely deck, great bedrooms and spotlessly clean- nice little touches too!

Excellent in every way!
This property exceeds all expectations , featuring brand new top quality furnishings with modern decor and technology throughout to make your stay perfect.
The host goes over and above to ensure your stay is the best possible through providing those little extras such as toiletries, laundry items and tea and coffee making facilities eg, T2 herbal teas (my favourite) even complimentary Hokey Pokies.
The location overlooks the prestigious Avon River and is central to all ammenities, shops, bars and restaurants. We hired a rental car and was able to conveniently use the underground carpark at no additional cost.
This accommodation was by far the best we had stayed at during our trip to NZ and supersedes all other in terms of style, comfort, convenience and value for money.
We will definitely visit again.

Perfect in every way
Our family of parents and 2 teenagers stayed here for 10 days over Christmas and new year. The apartment is impeccable with everything you will need for a decent stay and the location is amazing. Apartment is safe, secure and very quiet. The living space is great with lounge and dining area well defined. Kitchen has everything - huge fridge/freezer, washing machine and drier, dishwasher and coffee machine - bonus! The balconies provide a great outdoor flow with a ton of extra space for just enjoying the alfresco environment. The bedrooms up
Stairs are a decent size and the flexibility of the bedroom configuration is really convenient. There’s plenty of cupboards and wardrobes are good sizes. There’s the convenience of 2 secure car parks. The location can not be faulted - literally minutes on foot to the city, trendy riverside markets and cafes, movies and shops. Avon river babbles away at your windows edge, punting is less than 100ms away, Hagley Park and Art Centre are less than 5mins by foot. Geoff and Bess were the most gracious of hosts thinking about every little detail to make our stay special and checking in to give little tips of the city and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thanks!
