-Please keep the windows closed at night to prevent flies and bugs from entering the property.
-If you feel warm, we encourage you to use the fans and air conditioning provided for your comfort.

3. No-Smoking Policy
-This property maintains a strict no-smoking policy to ensure a clean, fresh, and comfortable environment for all our guests.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the premises, including balconies or patios.
-A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking (e.g., smell, ashes, or cigarette butts) is found during your stay.
