The host is wonderful. Helpful, friendly over and above expectations. Villa is surrounded by small but lovely,flowery garden. We found the beds hard but that's always very subjective. The spacious kitchen has everything you need. The TV is powered by the WiFi. Only downside is that it's a half hour drive to centre of Sousse and its museums etc.. But all shops and beach are only a 5 minute drive away from villa. You do need a car but it can be parked next to the villa which has locking gates. All very quiet.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich und entspricht exakt den Fotos. Es gibt einen schönen großen Garten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bei Rückfragen immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Das Auto parkt auf dem Grundstück. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto max. 3 Minuten. Dort hat man an einigen Strandzugängen die Möglichkeit, kleine Imbisse zu kaufen und Kaffee zu trinken.In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Street-Food-Läden (mit dem Auto ca. 2 bis 5 Minuten).Die Unterkunft ist toll.

Entzückendes Haus in ländlicher Umgebung

Der Vermieter wohnt am gleichen Grundstück und war bei kleinen Problemen immer sofort zur Stelle und hatte eine Lösung. Es gibt auch mehrere Hähne, Hennen und einen Esel am Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen Unterkunft uneingeschränkt.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter wohnen nicht weit weg und wären immer erreichbar gewesen. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, WIFI war prima. Es gibt 2 Zimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten. Zum sehr schönen Strand sind es mit dem Auto höchstens 5 Minuten. Wir kommen wieder.

mauvais traitement de ses hôtes

bien accueilli a notre arrivée. découverte d une maison sale .nettoyage fait pas nous même. Pas d eau en fin de journée husqu au matin !!on fait avec et pour couronner le tout le gérant met ses hôtes à la porte alors que ce nbetait pas l heure et qu il ete convenu d une heure de départ c est pas comme si c t une decouverte!!propriétaire se permet de venir à la porte alors que l on est entrain de finir de plier bagages sur un ton agressif et comportement inapproprié .cela ne ce fait pas nous avions dit que l on aller laisser une appréciation sur ce type de comportement.cela.ne ce.fait pas !!on a fait le.menage on a rien dit on a survécu sans eau parce qu il coupe l eau pour arroser son jardin tt la nuitalors qu il nous avait dit que c était la mairie hors c est faux!!on a rien dit mais là c est la goutte d eau qui fait déborder le vase!!A 1 min près ul vient hausser le ton alors que la veille nous étions des hôtes exemplaires !!j allais passer outre parce que je n y retournerai pas mais quand je vois qu il ose mettre un commentaire je ne peux me taire!!!
