This modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts a first-floor master bedroom suite (Queen), all amenities and comfortable furnishings. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms (Double and Double/pull-out Twin trundle), and a full bathroom. Cockleshell Cottage is handicap accessible. Spacious and with quiet location

Very spacious house with a well stocked kitchen. Nice screened back porch. Bedrooms are spacious as well, especially the first-floor master bedroom. Located in a very quiet neighborhood cul-de- sac.
