Where do I start! This was our first check in place on a 3 week Europe road trip, we came with young kids, after a long flight and a long drive, we check in and there’s no shampoo and all stores were closed by (Saturday) I showered my kids with hand soap cz that’s all I had. The towels felt like rugs, can possibly scratch your skin, the hot tub that’s pictured is in the back of the property and not personal to your room, the space wasn’t very clean, so many spider webs, we were singing August from the heat and had to open the windows and there were no nets to we got bitten badly by insects, my son got a huge bite on his forearm that took 3 days to heal! Needs a lot of work still we were disappointed!
