The accommodation has two floors (duplex type) and an outdoor terrace on the ground floor. The flat distribution is as follows: a living room, a separate kitchen, and a complete bathroom. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. No parking problems, as it has a private parking space.

Ubicacion inmejorable

El apartamento esta muy bien equipado. Aunque algo antiguo, los baños estan reformados y la cocina tiene de todo. Colchones cómodos. El jardin da mucho juego. La zona, estupenda, cerca de la playa y de muchos restaurantes. Las zonas comunes muy cuidadas.
