If you are looking for somewhere to go with children... by all means, this is a family friendly resort. We were looking for a more relaxing experience. The room could use come upgrades but was nice. The spa was wonderful except it could use a little more privacy for changing guests. We went to the indoor pool and hot tub to avoid all the kids at the indoor/outdoor pool and I felt like an animal in a zoo as families walked by and stopped to stare at the pool area. This is a nice resort but not one for a couple’s getaway.

I was there for the weekend for my Anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, everyone was really friendly!!

We loved that it had 2 pools. But. They were VERY CROWDED!!! With kids and BIRTHDAY PARTIES

The property is great, the service is very good, however because I booked with Orbitz, I got room that had heating issue, the bathroom had rust around the shower and bathtub. My wife had to ask for a different room for her Saturday night stay. Friday the support person tried to get the heat to work, however that didn't work.

We stayed here because it was close to wedding locations but there is really nothing in the area to see or do except go to the mall. The entertainment at the hotel does not happen until the weekend so the place had an empty feeling.

Beds were old and sagging in the middle. Trash left in room. Empty beer bottles bottle caps. It didn’t seem like bedding was changed there was hair on pillow cases wet carpet. No pool service. The pool towels were the smallest I’ve ever seen. Have stayed here over the years sadly it is completely run down. Weeds. On tennis courts broken rain gutters hanging down paint peeling. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Stayed here because it was convenient. The weekend was quite load most of the night due to Spring break..

Lots of hidden charges. Rude staff and 3 inch cockroaches by the pool.

Hotel and pool area was nice. Check in took forever though.

Always stay here over Christmas and bring the grandkids. We picked the wrong weekend people smoking pit everywhere seen people shooting up, local police had it on lockdown at one point Management should be removed for booking this over Christmas season Saturday night was the worse loud really loud music until after 1 am Very disappointed and will not stay again One of the groups hosting a Christmas party there had many issues also

Overall we had a great stay! The staff were all above and beyond. Our room was a little dated but clean. It was nice having all the amenities on site - we did venture out during our stay but had everything we needed had we decided not too. It was perfect for us for a quick weekend get away with dinner and a comedy show at Zanies.

My visit was great, but we stayed the weekend of a Cheerleading event. The restaurant Harvest the wait time for my food could’ve been much better, by the time my food came I wasn’t hungry any more

The hotel is outdated needs serious updating to the rooms

It is our third time staying there. We enjoy that part of the Chicago area for a few days before usually going into a ball game.

Overall I was impressed. I do feel the eating option needs a major upgrade. Very out dated and very weak in term so of look and feel.

This place is fine. Nothing special. It could use some updates, it's a little tired looking. Nice indoor pools. Fun for kids.

Great get away close to home. We love the warm pool the best in the winter.

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was nothing exceptional about this resort. I walked in and there was stale scent. I was on the 14th floor so I had a very long walk to the elevator. Once I got to my room. It wa a supposed to a room with a view and there wasn't much of a view. The paint was chipping on the walls. The bathroom looked as if the ceiling was leaking. The thermostat wasn't working in the room. No television stations came in at all. The toilet rattled. I felt like they just threw me in a room in a far corner of the resort. It was disappointment. The room was paid for so when I arrived I owed the resort fee. Okay, no problem then an additional $75 deposit for incidentals. All in all I think I would have been happier at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street.

Always a nice stay at this resort. The only downside is that it's pretty dated, but they are slowly updating everything. The water from the faucets smelled kinda funky, but other than that, it was a really pleasant experience again.
