Museums in Chicago
We liked the location near the museums and planned on having 7 people stay here. At night we realized there were no sheets for the pull out couch and contacted the manager - they were very quick to reply, but then they sent someone with sheets who knocked on the door at 1 AM and woke up people. Also my brother parked on the street and called the city to ensure that was allowed which they said it was, but then his car was towed and the company "catastrophically damaged" his vehicle. Not the fault of this place, but ensure you are checking where you park because even with calling the city directly, we made a mistake. Checking in was kind of like an escape room. The first lock box is not labelled and even finding the address was a little confusing, but neighbors pointed us in the correct direction. Finally, this was an apartment building and other residences had a skunk like order emanating throughout the building multiple nights of our stay.
