Wasn't aware till we got there that hotel doesn't change change sheets nor picks up garbage from room. Hotel reaks of people cooking in their rooms. Like staying in a third world hotel.

The hotel is very hard to find, there is no signs along the road for the hotel and the hotel building can not be seen when driving down Milwaukee Ave.

We weren't there much but the room was clean, beds were comfortable but it's location was a bit hard to find at first.

Room was clean, but had a distinct ordor. Chose hotel based on shortness of stay and price.

good hotel with decent amenities. location is a plus

Stayed here just for a few days while traveling and it was a very comfortable hotel with very reasonable prices. I would have liked a few more amenities but it was great for how much I paid.

Stayed here for two nights and it was very cheap and clean. Wish it had a better breakfast available but for the price it was perfect.

The hotel is good located! The attention is warm! There are many shopping places around hotel

Difficult to find the hotel off the main (Milwaukee) road. Room accommodations were average. Staff was very friendly. Comfortable bed.

It began ok but when we tried to enter our room the keys did not work; took us over an hour to get someone to come unlock the door(new years eve). Turned on the heater and white stuff flew out of it. No shower curtain; tracked someone down to get one myself. Offered one night free and then we were not happy with that they upgraded us to a suite and gave us three nights free. (it took some doing) The sstaff was very nice; wasn't there fault exactly. I can't tell if I was totally reimbursed as I haven't an exact amount to go by. Thank you for allowing me to let you know what is going on. Paula Carter

The staff was helpful, but I should have asked for a different room. Mine was quite smelly, but I suspected that the others were also (extended stay residents) so I opened the window and turned on the fan!

Restful night, easy travel to my business the next day, responsive staff.

There is no bathroom available in the lobby. So after a long drive, I had to ask, and the staff let me use theirs. But still there shuld be one in the lobby area. When I checked in, I was tired, got my key, went to the room and unpacked. When I went to use the bathroom ... yuck! But since I has tired and had just unpacked, I did not ask for a new room. The bathroom looked clean but it wreaked of urine. Not just a little, but like someone had been peeing on the floors and walls for years. It was disgusting and unbearable. I kept spraying perfume and kept the door closed so I would not smell it. It smelled as bad or worse than most men's bathrooms at a truck stop. In the morning, I went to the desk to ask them to be sure and mop and clean it well. But, since there was only one person on staff, and she was busy I stood there for at least 10 minutes and eventually had to leave without speaking to them. Since I was in town for a funeral, I could not be late and miss the funeral that I had traveled for, just because I needed to talk to them. While waiting in line, I then saw a sign that said that since this was an extended stay hotel, they only clean your room if you ask and if you pay $3.00 extra per day. THIS SHOULD BE SPELLED OUT CLEARLY BY YOU, ORBITZ! AS, I FIND IT DECEPTIVE OF YOU TO NOT TELL ME THAT UP FRONT. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS, AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT IT REALLY MEANT, THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THIS TRUCKSTOP/FLOPHOUSE, SUPPOSED HOTEL!

The Extended Stay America was very clean and comfortable. It is very close to shopping mall.

The Extended Stay was a very good location for the care I had to work out with my mother in Lake Forest, IL. It is clean and the staff friendly. I would reommend it to friends and family. If you are a smoker no Smoling allowed but the ventilation system does pick up the odor if one smokes.

Thank you for your visit. We apologize our hotel and amenities were not to your expectations. Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. While our housekeeping is done on a weekly basis to respect the privacy of our guests and offer minimal intrusion, we are always happy to provide fresh linens and whatever you need during your stay. We regret the inconvenience caused and hope to have another opportunity to make a better impression on your next visit to our area. Sincerely, General Manager
