Pleasant stay, wonderful experience with the front desk staff. Very helpful and polite.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room smelled like weed when I got in, and the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. Still a good stay.

Very friendly, courteous, and professional staff. Smooth, quick check in. The room was comfortable and while not dirty, I could tell hadn't been thouroughly cleaned and the window was wide open when I walked in. Also, someone was smoking all night on my (non smoking) floor. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and I will be back regularly!

Had to wait for check in and bathroom was old and paint was coming off the bathtube...

The hotel had good aspects of customer service and cleanliness. But my advice is bring your own pillows the comfort level was minus. The continental breakfast was lack of experience. They offered oatmeal, but no hot water to mix it with. Only 2 of tge coffees out of 3 were filled, and muffins in a package that is it. The extended stay on 22nd offers so much more. I was very disappointed.

Not the greatest for the amount of money paid. Dirty rooms and no toilet paper. Shower not clean.

Great location, very comfortable and excellent room amenities. The "breakfast included" was kind of pathetic.

Check in was fine and fast. Internet, bed and location was good. I was surprised to see only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I found out later they do charge for tp. The room smelled of curry from previous renters. When you leave the room and return, one notices this smell. The breakfast provided consists of granola bars, muffins, coffee, hot water and oatmeal packets. This was the worst breakfast offering I have seen in my US travels. Location is good but I would not recommend staying here. Lastly, no pots or plans or glasses or silverware in the kitchen. No toaster or coffee maker also. No exercise room or business center either. Handles are incorrectly installed on doors for the room.

This hotel is well past is freshness date. The full kitchen lacked everything! No utensils, no plates or dishes or cups or bowls, no coffee or maker, no paper towels, no towels, no soap, not even a bottle opener. We found a peanut on the floor in the bathroom and found dirt in other areas of the room. The room had two bath towels and one face towel and one washcloth for two adults. When we requested additional towels we were told that they would only give us towels if we turned in the other ones that were already in the room. There were no hangers in our closet and no plastic bag for laundry. There was not even a spare roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom or anywhere in the room! The complimentary "breakfast" included coffee and a small basket of muffins and a few granola bars in the choice of an apple or orange. No juice, cereal, and certainly nothing hot. For the price that we paid, we did not expect a four-star experience. However, to start motels offer much higher levels of amenities. We reserved a room with a king bed in a room with two queen's. They gave our room with two queen beds to another guest so our children ended up booking it in a king bed together. The only positive thing that we can contribute is that they allowed our online booking service a refund as we accidentally blocked in additional room that we did not need. Fortunately they were able to sell it so we received our money back for that one.

Not for families as the environment does not look too pleasing.

It was lame and they didnt have snything ready they didnt even have clean towels or blankrts.. The customer service was horrid it was just all atlund horribleee horrible hotrible horrible hotrible horrible and horrid like if i woulda known i would got a different hotel it would probablyrate it a 1/5

Great and friendly staff...rooms need a little more love...

I was snowed in at work and stayed up the road at this hotel. Myself and another gentleman waited at the desk for 10 minutes before someone came out to check us in. My room was a standard room, but I was a bit disappointed that there was no mattress pad on the bed (only a fitted sheet), there's were remnants of soap bars on the edge of the tub and there were no glasses in the room...at all! I understand about not stocking kitchen items, but seriously a few plastic cups would've been appreciated. The pillows were also way too soft for my liking. I used all three that were supplied and still felt like my head was directly on the mattress. The grab and go breakfast in the morning, was literally that...a few granola bars and individually wrapped muffins. Nothing to write home about. I guess you get what you pay for...

Great time, we come here often-sometimes the dishes are either missing or dirty otherwise we come here instead of downtown Chicago.

All was pretty good, except that the grab and go breakfasts were inadequate. There was never enough coffee or snacks for all guests and they didn't refill. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well after previous guest and my checking in. There was hair left behind on shower walls and shaving residuals on the bathroom counter.

Very good overall. Could use better towels and some kitchen items.

Just walking into the hotel it smelled dirty and like old food. The staffing was not welcoming. The hotel room was disgusting. It was dirty and not at all like what it looked like in the pictures. There was hair in the bed, mold in the bathroom and filth on the floor. You could also hear everything through the walls. The breakfast was granola bars and coffee. Had we not arrived so late in the evening and weren't checking out at 8:00am the next morning, we would have left and taken the loss of what we'd paid. Will never stay in one of hear hotels again.
