Called asking about the ETA of the hotel shuttle arriving at the airport and got little to no help. Waited an hour to never see it arrive and ended up using an Uber. During check in the "friendly" check in staffer spent the time complaining to her friend in Spanish about having to be busy while rolling her eyes to the various people checking in.
The price was good, room was great and i liked the shuttle service and the all the staff members, this was on Feb 4th 2017.
Good breakfast. Quiet room. A bit of a jaunt from the airport.
I was disappointed by this stay, made worse by the fact that I only had a few hours between my flights to catch some sleep. So when I thought I was booking a place right by the airport, I was disappointed to watch as we drove by another Best Western, and then continued for several more minutes. I will say though, that our shuttle was prompt (the other BW guests had been waiting an hour for theirs!), and the driver was fantastic. The room was warm because the a/c was off. After contemplating this, I decided it was okay, as there's no need to waste electricity on an empty room. But the refrigerator was also shut off, which I found strange. Then I wasted time on hold with the front desk because I discovered that the door connecting my room to the next one was unable to be locked. Only after she promised not to put anyone in that room did I discover that the other room did not have a door to the hallway. Knowing that in advance could have saved me precious sleeping minutes, but the front desk didn't seem to know this either.
