Very small and clean hotel with great staff and in a very convenient spot for all the Old Town spots, such as night markets and walking street Market. I'd like to see a bit more garden and greenery, however everything else was lovely.

The reception staff were very friendly and strives to make everyone’s stay as pleasant as possible. Tangma was exceptional and all the staff spoke English very well. Great facility and location!

Better options

This is more backpacker than hotel. We booked for 3 nights but only stayed one night. The room was very small so small that one suitcase needed to go in the bathroom and one blocked the exit door. The shower was on the wall the type of shower which is often used for outdoor pools.It was difficult to get both warn water and sufficient flow. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and it was very clean but had an institutional feel

This is unique and cool location. It's in walking distance to most things. We were so happy with the staff at hotel. They are all amazing and so considerate. My partner got really sick during our stay unfortunately however the staff was so helpful in helping us find the nearest hospital and rescheduling all of our excursions a few days later. We are so grateful. When we plan our next trip to Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Great stay at Wingbed - would return.

Had a great 3 night stay at Wing Bed. From being dropped off by the taxi, the receptionists were ready waiting to carry our backpacks for us and take them up to the room. Staff were always so polite, friendly and helpful. Room was great for such a cheap price. Can’t complain, plenty of space, great WiFi and comfy bed. If I was being picky I’d say the water could have been hotter for the shower but I wouldn’t say it was a problem considering Chiang Mai was so hot anyway so it was nice to come in to a cool shower! The hotel is a bit of a walk to the night market so We just used Tuk Tuks for anywhere between 80-120 baht. Thanks to the team for being so welcoming and looking after us. Breakfast was also nice.
