We stayed 3 nights and it was great. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is very good - easy to get to wherever you need to go. There was also free parking. Rooms were modern and clean. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel building is a bit old but has an appealing artistic feel, and is very convenient to walk to the old town. The pool is nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff can use more carefulness though for the details in the room and the pool in the evening.

Extremely nice stay! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! On our last day we had about 5-6 hours after check out time to wait before going to the airport to get our evening flight. They let us stay in our room until we needed to leave for free! No extra charge! Though It was low season and we had a 17 month old with us. Really looked after us well! Definitely going to stay there again next year!

Clean and Friendly Hotel

Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. We reserved a family double room. Its essentially two rooms that have an adjoining entrance. The rooms are a little tight for space, but the beds are large and clean. The air conditioning works very well and is very quiet. We did have two concerns with the room. Firstly, the hotel safes are quite small. Be aware that a regular sized iPad (9.7" model) will not fit in the safe and instead I had to carry them around with me for day trips. Secondly, the shower drains (in both rooms) were very sluggish. We were advised that due to recent rains, the sewage systems were at capacity. We did notice the drains improve slightly over the duration of our stay, but we were still mindful of taking very quick showers to avoid flooding the room! The pool is nice. Salt water and towels are available. Location wise, its about a 7-10 minute walk from the Phae Gate which isn't too bad, but the walk through the narrow, poorly lit alleyways at night was a little unnerving. Unfortunately, there really isn't anything closer for a quick bite. There is a petrol station about 2 minutes away that sells some groceries and snacks if you are in a pinch however. Overall, an enjoyable stay, but a little out of the way if you plan on spending most of your time in Old Town.

An oasis of calm in a bustling city.

This is the the place to stay in Chang Mai. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are spacious and the pool area is an oasis of calm in a bustling city. Jackie the manageress and her staff will do anything to make your stay a very pleasant one. All the plants make the Warehouse hotel a wonderful green place with plenty of birds and wildlife flitting around. My room 104 is just by the pool which is one of the few salt water swimming pools in Chiang Mai. Plenty of sunbeds for hotel guests as well as shady places to sit out of the sun if that's your thing.

Amazing hotel, spacious and luxurious rooms with everything you need. Clean and cozy, super friendly staff and owner. Walking distance to old city with some nice food places all around. Beautiful pool, hands down best hotel we stayed in during our two weeks in Thailand. A+++ would come back here in a heart beat!

You get what you pay for. This is cheap and simple but ok. Beds are rock hard. I don’t mind. The pool is lovet but deep which I like. The decking is in a bad state. It could be a wonderful hotel with some maintenance. Close to Terminal 21. I would stay here agan

nice hostel in good location

the hostel is just outside the old town so it is walkable or you can take a car/bike. The pool is nice. It was not crowded when I was there. Good service from the staff. The wifi is bad. Most of the time I had to use my cell phone.
