Checked in later at night. No elevator I was on the third floor. Small little hotel you could here everyone in the halls and next to my room. My room was boiling hot, and smelled moldy. Bed was ok. Bathroom lighting was bad as was taking a shower the tub seemed to be an after thought cause the water collected and ran on the floor to the drain anyways. Location was not good. You had to walk over to the main gate area to get any food. The tour lady was awesome and she always called me by name. Another young gentleman was very helpful as well.

Nice hotel. Close to 7-11 however quite its quite far to walk to night bazaar. Staff are so helpful. FYI there is not lift at the hotel, however there’s not much stairs to go up to.

Great hotel inside the old city limits

Hotel is very modern and comfortable. Just inside the old city limits of Chiang Mai. Very central. The staff was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended

Try get a room in the new part of the hotel as the older rooms are not as nice. They also are above where the band plays until the early hours of the morning.

Clean, comfort and good service

We spent 3 nights and the hotel was in very good conditions, very clean and our room looked as new renovated. The personnel were very kind with us, helping with all of our request and suggesting options for our tours. It is in the north edge of the old city and you can walk or take a tuk-tuk to arrive any where!!!

Horrible...

After standing in the lobby while the staff unsuccessfully searched for our reservation, we climbed to the top floor where a stained mattress sat in the middle of the hallway in front of our room. Our room's laminate floor was buckling and peeling due to water damage, the bathroom door was broken, the TV and DVD player did not work, and the safe was broken. We awoke at 5am to a stiflingly hot room with no power or AC. The front desk agent assured me the power would be on by 7am. Then 9am. Then 11am. At 11am, I went downstairs, sleepless, powerless, and overheated, and someone finally accompanied me to my room to check on the issue. The man assisting us went to the fuse box and our AC came on immediately. He said he would be right back to help with the rest of our electricity so that we could pack up and get ready for our departure. After an hour, I called downstairs to check on his return. There was no answer. We packed up with no electricity (there was no window in the bathroom, so we showered and packed in nearly pitch black). I told the front desk that no one ever returned to help, and they never apologized. Then, they insisted I hadn't paid and demanded payment - even though I prepaid with Expedia and showed them my confirmation email. It took them 30 minutes of arguing to find record of my payment, and we left. We will never be back.

Top Hotel in guter Atmosphäre

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, da eigentlich alles gepasst hat. Ich kann wirklich nichts negatives berichten. Wenn mal was mit der Klimaanlage war, wurde es sofort behoben. Und auch sonst war der Service und die Sauberkeit sehr in Ordnung. Ich war dort für 13 Übernachtungen und es war ein wunderschöne Aufenthalt. Besonderes Lob möchte ich an Frau Tom ausrichten. Sie hat dort die Ausflüge organisiert. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch gute und nützliche Tipps habe ich von ihr erhalten. Ich würde dem Hotel mindestens 3 Sterne geben, wenn nicht sogar 3,5
