The property is nothing like what is advertised on their website. Our room was old, outdated with cupboards fully apart. The beds were so hard that sleeping on tthe floor wpuld have been just as comfortable. The manager was accomodating and moved us to another room but the water was cold and their were droppings in one of the beds from animals. We moved to another hotel the next day.

Couldn’t sleep here.

I left after two hours. There was something moving around in my sink. I don’t know if it was a rodent or a lizard but it was crawling around in the back of the sink and I couldn’t sleep. I also heard squeaking in my bathroom and in the hotel lobby. They might have a rodent problem. Air conditioning was having trouble and it looked like there were a lot of wiring issues. Wall paper was stained and falling off the walls. The beds felt like there were box springs and not mattresses. They also say that there is a hotel shuttle, and there isn’t. Worst was when I wanted to leave the attendant refused to call me a cab and tried to keep me at the hotel.

I loved the staff.. I wish I knew the front desk ladys name .. she was so nice .. . . The breakfast was awesome. Anything you needed they took care of it . So close to everything .perfect location . I walked everywhere. I would so come back again .

Good little place

location is great, just on the corner of old town so easy to jump into the city. easy walking distance but I advise renting a moped from the hotel reception. at the ideal end of town to get straight out and up hue mountains too. staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and sunny all day although very small and only a couple of chairs. it was never busy though so not an issue for the. Only downside was that the room was a bit dark and dingy and the only window was now use as it was 2ft from the next building and let no light in. Other rooms did look better though.

Happy with our 2 week stay

Nice little hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty decent, clean, comfy beds, it worked great for us. The location was great as well, a few minute walk from 711 and local restaurants. We easily got tuk tuks right outside our hotel. I would return.

An Overall Good Stay

We arrived to Centro CNX and the room they gave us was quite messy, unclean and we spotted a few bugs. We notified the front desk about the room condition and they immediately gave us two (one bed) rooms (we were 4 people) to rest and freshen up while we waited for a new room to open up. The new room they gave us was very clean and comfortable. We had no other problems with the hotel besides this and were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. The free breakfast is not that impressive but considering the price we paid for our stay, we couldn't complain too much. When we checked out the front desk watched our bags while we were out for the day before catching our night bus back home. Thank You!

You can't polish a t*rd!

Nice big room, clean, staff were nice and helpful, quiet central but I'm afraid that's where the good points end! The hotel was untidy, there are bits and pieces of unused/old furniture laying around. The advertised gym is NON existent The pool is absolutely filthy, I would rather bath in the canal next to the hotel The pool area looks like its been used as a dumping ground for broken stuff This really gets on my nerves, the owner has obviously tried to pass this place off as some sort of budget hotel with some nice features. HELLO, you failed, this is my 3rd time in Chiang Mai and everytime I go I see new boutique hotels and hostels popping up.....these guys are more central, cheaper, and done better. I pacifically chose this dump because of location, price, and that it had a gym and a pool, well there was no gym and the pool is an absolute disgrace, how dare you advertise these features and then offer what you offer! My biggest tip for the owner is cross your street and have a look at the hotel opposite!!! They know how to do there job, you should take note, I for one will never be back to you and how many others will do the same? And Hotels.com don't you have someone to check these places to see if they actually have the facilities they claim to offer?????

Cheap but not cheerful

Positives were big rooms, quiet at night, close to local fruit / veg / meat market and breakfast in Panda House next door was good value Negatives were that very few taxi's / tuk tuks knew where it was, it was too far from the night market, the room was invaded by ants if you left any food out, swimming pool was filthy
