The customer service was horrible! This place has allowed staff to bully customers and have them trespassed after they antagonizes you. They have no cooperate office to report these instances to. Be careful with this location, they could ruin your livelihood by their passive aggressive actions! I have never dealt with such disrespect and exaggerated importance in my life! Once an again, stay away from this place, they are trash! These people are horrible human beings!

This is a new and very nice hotel connected to a dated casino. The decor was nice, the room was clean, and the pool area was fun. Definitely would stay again. The restaurant is closed on Monday through Wednesday, but the casino offers decent pub food.

Didn’t eat breakfast so don’t know about that. Hotel was super nice. Clean. Parking lot felt safe, bright. Only issue I had which I understand a lot of hotels have this issue cause everyone is differnt but this place might have had the worst shower head iv ever used. Water temp was perfect. Shower size was perfect pressure was great. Shower head design, and flow could use for attention. How ever will stay there again
