Sand Dollar Cove Cottages - Unit T/C On The Picuresque Beach

The T/C is our 450 square foot Efficiency/Studio unit at SandDollar Cove Cottages. The unit has a Queen size Murphy Bed (very comfortable) and a complete Kitchen with all your appliances and utensils. There is a large bath room with a corner shower. In your living room area is a Full size Futon that is for additional sleeping accommodations. There are 3 Hunter ceiling fans and a 1 1/2 ton Mini/split a/c. You will have cable T/V with a 32" flat screen and Internet for Wi-Fi thru cable. We are saving the best for last you are just 75 feet from the water edge. In the beginning of this year we completed your 10' x 15' Gazebo with a gas grill and with power / lights and coming soon an out side shower........;-
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This property has fallen into disrepair. Nothing like the condition of a previous trip. We stayed in 2 units and both had numerous defects. VRBO over promotes this property . The owner incapacitated and lost control of the situation..be aware.

Nice Little Apartment

We would advise that you contact Chad by phone prior to booking as we had some issues on arrival. The apartment is on one of the best beaches in the world. The apartment is great for two adults.

Beautiful location and great value for the area

We had an excellent stay in this downstairs studio unit. The Murphy bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work in. The bathroom is spacious and the shower works VERY well. Just be warned, cold is hot and hot is cold! There are three quiet ceiling fans and a quiet air conditioner. Parking is right outside the door under cover. You have the use of a communal washing machine, detergent included, and a dryer upstairs. There is Wi-Fi and a TV although we didn’t use the TV at all. A little TLC is needed on some of the windows as they are hard to open and close. A new blind is needed on the door to the barbecue area. Chad is a lovely host and was very informative and helpful. However, more specific directions on how to get to the cottage would have been helpful. Best of all, you are about 30 yards from a beautiful beach which extends for miles. We had lovely walks at low tide on the bonefish flats, often not seeing another person. We explored the mangroves and crossed the inlet towards the gazebo one day too. It is truly a little piece of paradise!
