Potential visitors should be aware this is NOT a hotel. It's more like university dormitory accommodation (albeit with individual rooms). The location is inside an "integrated community": a complex of several residential tower blocks with communal supermarket, ATM, fast food restaurant, etc. The complex is in an isolated location, quite far from shops, restaurants, banks, etc. This would not be a good choice for a regular tourist unless you had some particular reason to be in this area, as I did (I was meeting a friend). Much of the info about the place is misleading: the photo is NOT correct; there is no "hotel restaurant", etc. Also, be aware that the address given, though correct, is insufficient to pinpoint the "Premium". Upon arrival at the complex, no one had ever heard of it! Took me quite a while, with some help from the staff at the main entrance, to find my room. That said, the manager went out of his way to assist me with many things. Each room is fairly small, but aircon and wifi are excellent.
