Not a great hotel but just close to airport and in the main road. Ok level service and so reluctant for any online activities

You Get What You Pay For

Stained bedding and hair on the sheet didn’t make a good first impression. Two smoke detectors were chirping in the hallway and the staff wouldn’t change the batteries. I showed them how to do it. Had to ask for second towel although I booked for two guests. Had to be assertive to get free airport shuttle and was asked to pay the toll. Free WiFi was restricted to 20 minutes. Only had to kill two roaches, so I guess it wasn’t too bad.

Worst decision ever. Do not book it.

They tried to give us one of the servant quarters when we had booked a deluxe room. Worst hotel ,worst people. It sucks

I didn't enjoy my stay at all. It was fine for a night after travelling. The check in wasn't good, they tried to charge me for a shuttle pick up that I didn't use, I got a taxi ride there. Dirty/stained sheets. No toilet paper. TV didn't work. Wifi barely worked and you had to ask for a password every hour. When I left, they charged me 6$ for a shuttle to the airport. I wouldn't recommend, only for the proximity to the airport.

it was so bad I didn't stay. the room was dirty, the service was the bad (didn't agree to call the manger even that we ask to speak with him), no WIFI , and you are sleeping in a gas station area!!!

I had booked a INR 1900 room so was expecting at least a decent service. The girl at the receptionist was extremely rude. There was no hot water, the bathroom was in a pathetic condition. There was renovation going on in the neighbouring rooms so was very disturbing. When I asked for plates to eat there was nothing. Overall rating would be 1 out of 5. Extremely disappointing.

Have stayed at different Hotel Mars locations, this one was advertised as the best of all, but it a huge disappointment. None of the features advertised was available in additional Expedia failing to update about hotel renovations.

Closest cheapest yet good hotel at Chennai airport

Closest and cheapest yet comfortable and clean hotel near the International Airport with free pick up and drop service. I would choose this to stay overnight while changing flights. People are very friendly and nice.

After reading the reviews I was worried about staying here but my room was good and the staff were really helpful, especially Nafis, he even booked a movie for me in my room and sent someone to get credit for my cellphone. Great stay, would stay again!

Astonishingly pathetic!

Services offered by the reception staff was pathetic. They were rude and non sense! Even though the airport transfers were confirmed twice, no one came to pick up! During airport drop, they cheated us by dropping somewhere far from the airport. Later a local police forced the driver to drop us at airport.
