The hotel was easy to find in an excellent location close to bus service on ring road 2 and 10 minute walk to Metro station for line 2. Room was large with two double beds. Shower was large and good pressure from shower. Beds were comfortable and memory foam pillows were available which was a bonus. Clean towels daily and 2 bottles of water. Carpet wasn't very clean and wasn't vacuumed during 2 week stay - disappointing. Staff were friendly and had very limited English but were happy to use phone translaters. Breakfast was buffet style with mainly Chinese foods but cereals were also available. Coffee wasn't hot. Had one meal in the restaurant and it was tasty. Free wifi was available in room.

Very nice and professional ladies at the front desk. We presented our Expedia print out and checked in with no problems even though they spoke very little English. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite was very spacious and looked newly remodeled. We loved it. The living room/ dining room was large. A few stains on the dining room carpet otherwise, super clean. The free breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice view from the 7th floor. Over a dozen hot items, fruit, breads, cakes and cookies. Our favorites were the chicken w/green beans and the chow fun (wide rice noodles). We were told by a local resident that this hotel was in the best section of the older district. Amazing selection of restaurants around the corner within walking distance. Restaurant employees were very nice but spoke no English. That didn't stop us from having delicious hot pot with food on skewers! The ATM machine in the lobby (which was not working) only accepted China issued cards. However, 3 short blocks away is an ATM which accepts Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards. Just make a left as you exit the hotel and stroll past all the little shops selling gifts, pastries, fruit, fast food, cosmetics etc. and you'll see China Construction Bank 24hr ATM. You must have cash (rmb/cny) especially for a taxi. Tip: Easy to get a taxi, exit the hotel, turn left and walk about 1/2 block or more to flag down a taxi before it enters the uphill onramp to the highway. Excellent hotel, we would like to stay here again.

Very nice hotel and rooms are big and clean!

The room was big, clean and well equipped! The front desk people don't speak English at all so that was a bit of an issue and the guy who tried to check me in said there was no Expedia reservation and had never heard of Expedia! LOL... his mistake was he was entering my first name as my last name so we figured it out! Stores and restaurants all around you! Highly recommend the hotel and a great price for a really nice room.

호텔이 넓고 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 지하철 역도 도보로 15분 정도. 근처에 편의점도 있어서 야식 먹기도 편했어요. 한 방에 4명이서 자기도 충분했지만 3일내내 수건을 2개만 줘서 계속 달라고 해야했던게 조금 불편했어요. 하지만 리셉션의 모든 직원들도 친절했어요.

意外に豪華的なホテルでした。

少し清掃が不完全の気がしますが、全体的に評価すれば素晴らしいしか言えないです。 フロントに清掃の問題を言いましたらすぐ対応して頂きました。設備は新しく、恐らく新装開店したかなぁと思いました。朝食は中華ですが、チャーハン、饅頭、パン、野菜炒め、肉、玉子、生野菜、フルーツ、ジュース、コーヒー、お茶など、様々な選択肢がございます。 非常に満足でした。ありがとうございました。
