Booked for 4 adults and one teen. Picture showed a room with two queens and a couch. When we got there there was only a chair and no couch. One of us had to make a bed out of the chair and seat cushion. Advertised breakfast, gym, etc. Everything was closed up with blankets over all equipment and doors locked. No elevator to access second floor. Had to create a parking space because none were available.

No free breakfast as advertsed. No parking in front of my room. Had to park at ocheck-in front door..

I know it may not seem like that big of a deal to most but water pressure when it comes shower time is a huge for me. Who wants to spend 20 minutes running around in the shower trying to get wet enough to build up a good lather and then be able to get a good rinse?!?? I’m not a hard travler to please really, pretty simple when it comes down to it...1.) I prefer to wake up alive and safe, with minimal criminal shenanigans throughout the night. 2.) I’d rather not pay the equivalent of half a month’s rent to stay in a one room transient crash pad and 3.) I’d like to take a refreshing shower with water pressure sufficient enough to actually get a dude clean. This Travelodge meets all three!

in comparison to nearby properties the value was above expectations.

It was nice for a $40/night room. If you need a cheap place to stay this is your place. The location was great (lots of dining & shopping very close) & the staff was friendly. The room was not updated & a bit dingy, but again it was one of the cheapest rooms on Orbitz & there weren’t bed bugs so I was fine with it. I never woke up early enough to have breakfast so I can’t speak to that.

Nice, quiet, friendly staff, and if you needed some from housekeeping they helped put with no problem

The room was pretty dirty, staff not really friendly

Great people , good location .great room for price

For us it was an overnight and was exactly what we needed .. clean, comfortable and easily accessible from the highway.

The room was nice, clean and cool. Everything worked in the room also. Good location for going to the sites we chose. I would recommend to someone looking for a nice clean room.

The hotel was adequate for my stay. Rooms were clean . Property had easy access .

We were traveling and needed a stopover on the way, picked this motel. Staff was courteous and helpful, room was clean and everything worked. Our room was a king room and had plenty of space. If I need a place to stay in Chattanooga again, I'm returning to this motel hands down.

-hotel staff was great - room was clean - bath area was good location was excellent - place is a bit dated - sofa needs to b replaced and TV was old come on no flat screen it is 2015?

pretty much what we expected. Needed a place to slee for the night and this did the trick. Nice staff. Clean room

First , we were put in a handicapped room. We are not handicapped. The bed was hard. The other furniture in the room was very worn as was the carpet. Near a noisy street. Several other hotels nearby. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Breakfast at the hotel was fine. We left a day early. Love Chattanooga though!
