We rented this home for our large family while attending a wedding in Chatham. This property is magnificent! The vast kitchen island and fire pit areas were a gathering spot until very late at night. The barn is a really unique and special feature. Highest quality down to every detail, from the spectacular coffee bar area, construction finishes to the sheets/bedding/towels. A five star stay at a beautiful home. We will definitely return!

Big and Beautiful!!
This property is beautiful and worked perfectly for a group of 6 adult couples. Two of the bedrooms in the house are bunk rooms so we drew numbers to see who got first pick of the bedrooms :) one couple ended up in a bunk room but it still worked just fine! The "barn" slept 3 couples, with 3 other couples in the main house. The pool was warm, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was beautiful! And OMG we LOVED the 2 HUGE sectionals. Note: we went just after Labor Day and it does get to be sleepy on the cape that time of year due to school being back in session - so mind the quiet hours! Our recommendations: because we were a large group, the bedrooms could benefit with a mirror in each so that us women can finish get ready in our bedrooms and keep the bathrooms moving for showers. The FUN neon light in the cantina couldn't be used because it tripped the breaker when on. Thank you for a beautiful place for our visit!
