In the countryside, 15 km from Nantes and Clisson, the owners welcome you to their dairy farm (farm tours are available). Domaine des Boutineries is a high-end gîte renovated from old cellars, with a year-round heated indoor pool (6.5 x 3.5m). Private terrace (north/east facing) overlooking a 620 m² enclosed and independent garden with countryside views. Swing set and table football are available.
Ground floor: spacious and bright living room with open kitchen, open lounge, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) with PMR shower room, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 90x200 bed + 2 twin 80x200 beds), 1 bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 separate PMR toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with bathroom (bathtub + shower) and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, freezer, washer-dryer, barbecue/griddle, and baby equipment (crib and high chair).
Included: underfloor heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), towels/household linens, and bathrobes.

Lovely rural retreat

This is a stylish house on a working dairy farm. The decor is elegant and clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Our children enjoyed playing on the swings, in the pool and visiting the farm.

Domaine magnifique très bien rénové avec sa piscine intérieure qui permet aux enfants de rester des heures à la piscine. Les propriétaires sont super accueillant merci à eux. Je compte bien revenir pour un weekend voir plus. 😉
