Grande déception si le cadre extérieur et l emplacement sont très bien , gros problème au niveau de la propreté et de l hygiène dans la maison On trouve des affaires personnels vêtements chaussures dans les placards idem ds la salle d eau etc des odeurs persistantes d humidité et de moisissure placard de cuisine où tout est mélangé des restes d épices condiments … évacuation de la douche bouchée..,Pas de bain à remous comme présente ds l annonce un barbecue et une plancha non utilisables ci joint les photos 570 pour 3 nuits le prix ne correspond pas à la prestation!

Katastrophe bei der Anreise
Leider erfuhren wir 80 Kilometer vor Charney, dass der Vermieter keinen Platz für uns hat und das Haus anderweitig vermietet hatte. Nach einem sehr netten Telefonat mit selbigen, entschieden wir uns dazu die Heimreise anzutreten. Laut Vermieter schien es ein Versehen zu sein, da er keine Reservierung über FeWo-Direkt erhalten hatte. Wir nahmen es ihm nicht übel. Auf der Fahrt konnten 3 Mitarbeiter von FeWo-Direkt uns leider nicht helfen. Der Dritte meldete sich auch bis 0.00 Uhr nachts (so lange waren wir nämlich mit dem Auto unterwegs)nicht zurück. Am nächsten Morgen telefonierten wir mit einer netten Kollegin, die uns augenscheinlich helfen konnte. Seitdem versuchen wir vergebens unser Geld erstattet zu bekommen. Uns trifft ja keine Schuld. Alle Beteiligten verstricken sich in unterschiedlichen Aussagen. Der Vermieter sagt, er hätte kein Geld bekommen und unsere Anreise bei FeWo storniert, FeWo bittet um Geduld und hat offensichtlich, obwohl wir sie rechtzeitig informiert haben, dem Vermieter 24 Stunden nach unserem CheckIn (???) das Geld überwiesen und versucht nun dieses von ihm zurück zubekommen.
Unsere Geduld ist ziemlich aufgebraucht und FeWo-Direkt und Oliver niemals wieder!
