I had 2 rooms, one of which had a stopped up sink and no hot water. I reported it to the front desk but it was late and we were tired from being at the hospital. My daughter and husband had to come to my room the next morning for showers. I also want to say there was a lot of nonsense going on from the cleaning staff. They were loud and obnoxious with each other. That was unnecessary. I also had to go to front desk as someone was smoking somwhere near us, my 4 month old granddaughter has horrible allergies. That being said i understand it is hard to find which room it was but i dont think they even investigated it. I have stayed before at this Marriott and was disappointed this time. I do not think i will stay there again. It was very clean and the lady that worked the morning shift was very nice and i told her about all the problems again. Otherwise not a pleasant stay...

The room was clean. The only thing we don't like is the lotion bottle was only about half full made us us wonder if it was a used one. We ended up throw it away.

Hi Lisa I apologize for the lack of professionalism you experienced during your stay. We do not tolerate smoking in our hotel and when we do find out we make sure that it is taken care of right away. We want our guests to feel like they are at home when they come to our hotel and I am so sorry we fell short.
