I experienced numerous issues with the front desk. They claimed they were not able to help me with various aspects of my reservation because I had booked through Expedia. As a result, they cleaned out my room while I was still staying at the hotel and took away all of my toiletries, even though I was still in the middle of my reservation. They refused to comp me in any way because they said I had booked through Expedia. Plus, on one of the nights I was staying in the hotel, the elevator got stuck and I was trapped for almost 30 minutes. Again, they refused to compensate me in anyway, because I had booked through Expedia. Very frustrating!

For the price, the room were like an average 2-3 star hotel. No steamers, no long mirrors, The front desk service was not a par 100%. The restaurant in the lobby took a long time to serve and food wait was around 20-25 minutes. The walls are not that insulated as I could hear everything from next room and stumping from room above.
