Having family in the area I frequent Charolette often and this hotel as ALWAYS been our go to Hotel. I've never had a bad experience. The location is close to everything and we are able to Uber everywhere at a low cost because of the location.

The desk manager gave us our key. We subsequently walked into a room where a male guest was in bed watching TV. Back in the lobby the manager told us that guest was suppose to have checked out. Just shocking that this type of situation could happen. There was no breakfast, not even coffee, supposedly because the cook had been in an accident. Pitiful that there is no backup for such situations.

This is my go to hotel when in the area. I stay here and only here when I'm in the area.

Great hotel! Will stay again in the near future. Friendly knowledgeable staff....great soft beds. The only thing that could've been better is if the bathrooms were bigger

We enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The room was great. The price was perfect. We especially enjoyed the friendliness of the evening front desk staff. We were pleased and hope to return.

Hotel was very clean and reasonable priced. You can get breakfast there but pricey on what is offered. They do have some food options that you could walk to Pool was out back a ways and closed. Did like the fact they had a shuttle back n forth to airport. They had an air deodorator they I did not care for. It is not a bad place but next time I will try somewhere else to compare

I needed a hotel close to the Charlotte airport where my wife and I could meet the night prior to an early morning (6 am) departure requiring us to be at the airport at 4:30 am. This property sounded great when I made the reservation but after that it was all down hill. I called the hotel directly and had everything arranged. My wife drove up early in the evening to find out that the lobby facilities were closed. My flight arrived 11:10 pm and I called the hotel regarding the shuttle service. I was told that the shuttle was on the way. I waited - nothing. Called the hotel again, confirmed I was indeed waiting in the correct location, and I was told it would be there momentarily... nothing. Called again - I was told that there was a major traffic accident between the hotel and the airport that was delaying the driver but that he was almost there, again nothing. Called once more to cancel but promised that he would radio the shuttle while I was on the phone. At 12:45 am the shuttle pulled up. The driver told me he had just been notified of the pickup request while I was on the phone with the hotel desk. I was told there wasn't any accident but they don't know why a shuttle dispatch had not been sent.. I showed my archive of mobile phone calls to the hotel but nobody could explain. Got to the hotel about 1:10 am. Desk clerk gave me a key to the room but was "preoccupied" Key didn't work. Had to wake wife to get in. 4:10 up and out. Boo- Hiss!

Definitely not up to SPG standards. Could use some work.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and room service was great!! Really enjoyed my stay.

Would stay there again , friendly professional staff, We were very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

This hotel did not met our expectations. The room was a suite with a separate sitting area with a tv, sofa, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. This area with the microwave had residue on the unit apparently missed by the cleaning crew. The remote for the television in the bedroom area was broken and missing a battery so the remote was useless. I reported it to the front desk and they stated that they would take care of it. Apparently if I wanted it fixed immediately, I needed to bring the remote with me when I reported the problem. The light between the two beds had a light bulb out. Attention to detail apparently is not a priority at this hotel. On a positive note the shuttle driver was polite and apologized repeatedly for the cramped ride from the airport to the hotel. We completely understood and did not mind riding to the hotel in the shuttle with everyone. He made the ride enjoyable. He should receive kudos for representing the hotel well.

The front desk clerk needed help. There were about 7 airline crew chkn in plus 3 more of us (separate guests). The clerk didn't speak fluent English. She gave all the airport crew, key cards WITHOUT keys in them. But didn't understand them when they were trying to say they didn't have keys, lol...the guy before me she gave him keys to an already occupied room. It was rather hilarious. When I finally got to the room, it was nothing spectacular...it matched the clerk's service. For $200 per night, I needed some more bells n whistles.

Very enjoyable and pleasant experience. Would recommend!

Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Air condition could use some work. Room would not cool.

Used the hotel for a run out of town. Room was simple served its purpose for a decent price

Staff was super friendly and hotel was nice and clean

stayed here during my daughters parents weekend at johnson and wales. the room was very clean and comfortable

close to my sons home and downtown area

great property, disappointing staff! $$$ per hour!
