Could use a little update,maybe a coat of fresh paint. It was very fresh smelling. And I just love the staff. I would definitely stay there again

Front desk employee was so mean. She checked in me a room and when I got to that room, I found out the room still not get clean. I went to front desk and try to let her know that they haven’t clean that room and she acting that she don’t understand me at all. She never said sorry or even apology. When I book my hotel they said hotel has a restaurant and bar but the bar and restaurant were close.

Ac not working in room. After waiting for it to cool down called front desk, maintenance came and worked on ac but had to be moved to a different room because it needed more extensive repair. Was brought new room key. Breakfast was a bagged, no buffet due to Covid restrictions 😒

What I didnt like was the one way in and out entrance . I loved that the hotel was able to accommodate me and my party . The beds were just right not to hard and not to firm . The room was clean and the staff was very nice

This is a nicer hotel that is a little more affordable than the Uptown hotels. But there is a Lite Rail station adjacent to the hotel that can take you into Uptown. The pool is not too big. And I was able to hear my neighbor through the vents. Hopefully that is just a fluke to specific to that room.

The only thing I didn’t like was there no ice machine on the floor I was staying on. Other than that an excellent stay and great staff.

We checking in and got our first room and it had never been cleaned. We got to our second room and it was cleaned but the shower curtain had something on it that looked like boogers or poop. Not quite sure. The luggage carts all had flat tires and were not usable.

This hotel is bad ! My room was on first floor , and i felt like I am maying down by front desk ! Is bad you can hear all they talk about ! Amd they only joking and laughing! Ignored my issues with light ball in bathroom , garbage by outside side door no clean for 2 days ! Feelt like cheap road side motel ! Says dogs stay free , that not true they charge !

People shouting all night loud music blaring. Complained about it several times but it continues through the night.

The staff were super friendly and the bed was clean and comfortable; however, the carpet was stained and generally the room had some damage and wear and tear. It’s just not what I expected from Four Points, but I should have bc I paid less than $100 for the room!

I have nothing to say , nothing to complain.

Large stain on free standing lamp shade. Switch for vent in the bathroom not working. Ceiling light not attached properly. Stains on ceiling in bathroom. TV-remote did not work. Staff at desk was friendly but it seemed like there was no major interest or motivation to make sure concerns about room were addressed in a timely fashion.

Great location with the train line to downtown very close. Close to a lot of great restaurants and brewpubs and good proximity to the airport. I would stay here again and save the money over being downtown.

Modest but tasty breakfast buffet, really hit the spot.
