Mikia H. Was extremely helpful. She anticipated my every need. Convenient Location. I have stayed here three times and each time I left completely satisfied. I highly recommend Extended Stay America. I will definitely return.

The staff of management, front desk, room attendants, and maintenance have great customer service and public relations skills. The management team has proven that they're willing to go the extra mile to assist guests and make their stay and accommodations as comfortable as possible. The rooms are spacious with a open floor plan and kitchenette. The location is near shopping centers, restaurants, and the interstate. Great Customer Service and location!

We got this hotel by booking Hotwire. For $62 a night (with tax) wasn’t 100% sure what we were getting. Check in is at 3 pm. I called at 1130 to check in early as we got to town earlier than anticipated and was able to check in early. Check in staff was polite. Check in was pretty smooth. Room was clean upon entry. 2 double beds so smaller but everything seemed to be in order. Beds were sort of hard/stiff but okay for one night. Stove top, sink and full fridge. No blow dryer or towels. We asked the following morning and were obliged. Never could get water hot. Didn’t ask as we were headed home anyway. Would stay again for a few nights if needed pending water being hot.

The room we booked was sold but the front desk staff quickly added us to the apartment room at no extra charge. We have a family of six and a dog so the two-bedroom, two bath with a pull out couch was perfect. The room was completely redone and everything was new, including all the furniture, flooring, and paint. The only downfall is the grab and go breakfast and not a continental but it was OK for us. We will be staying there again if we return. We met four different staff members and all were extremely friendly and helpful.

I could deal with a uninviting lounge, the double bed they called queen, the lack of closets, or sign that says “weekly housekeeping” only. However when the wifi did not work and tech suppor never answered, i had to deal with the front desk manager, Syreeta, who would not help me, only saying it was a “velocity” issue, there was nothing she could do, and then calling me “rude” for being upset and asking for a manager ( she would not call one). Avoid this place like the plague

I stayed at the Extended Stay America for two weeks after moving from Massachusetts. Waiting to find an apartment. My stay here was wonderful the staff are super friendly especially the front desk woman Asia. She was curtious and helpful. Greeted us every time we arrived or left. The rooms are clean and spacious. Overall a very nice place to stay for the money. I would definitely recommend.

I was staying at the hotel waiting to purchase a home. Unfortunately, the closing of the house kept getting delayed. When I needed to extended my stay for the 2nd time, I went to the front desk and Asia helped. She went above and beyond to help me save some money since I had been at the hotel almost 2 weeks by suggesting I sign up for the Perks Rewards. She saved me $40 which helps! Thank you Asia!

They were very accommodating, informative, kind, cordial and professional. I felt like I was valued and extremely important and this caused me to stay an extra day and I look forward to my next visit and will recommend this hotel to others.

Our family was evacuated during Hurricane Florence. We have a three year old, another baby due in a few weeks, and a dog. First two hours after checking in, received "warning" phone call after dog whined while we food shopped. Found and paid a pet sitter via Rover.com. Next morning, received another phone call with complaint of 3 year old walking around at 8 am. Looked online Air B&B and found a home to rent. Terrible experience during a stressful time of evacuation from hurricane. NO COMPASSION shown!!!

We were traveling from PA to SC and picked this as our mid-point rest stop for the night. It was super affordable and so great that they are pet-friendly, since we were traveling with our pup. Our king room was nice - a suite with a sitting room, bedroom with a comfy bed, and an equipped kitchen. Staff was friendly, they had a nice area around the hotel for us to walk the pupper, and provided a standard hotel breakfast (yogurt, cereal, bagels, some basic hot foods, etc.). I really only had 2 complaints: 1. While the rest of the room was nice and well-kept, the bathroom showed a good bit of wear and wasn't that clean. 2. The side yard they have designated for dog-walking was a veritable poop-field. I acknowledge that this is more of a dog-owner problem than a hotel problem - people should absolutely be considerate and pick up after their dogs - especially since the hotel thoughtfully provides baggies and a disposal can. BUT the hotel could also do additional things to enforce it, like add a camera and a sign that says a fine will be instituted if people don't pick up or SOMETHING because it was gross - a health hazard for sure.
