It was a very good place to stay, some items could use changing, but the it was clean, the bathroom was very nice. The room was spacious. The food for breakfast was superb, with great selection and it was replenished very quickly. All the staff were very nice and welcoming, especially one young lady who was working in the dining area, she had some a positive attitude and smile that it made your day. I wish I remember her name.

Everything was really great. Clean and comfy room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Service in the restaurant was lacking a bit but the hotel itself was wonderful!

The room was fine. The problem was someone coming in my room while I was asleep. I had an early flight out of Charlotte the next morning, so I went to sleep around 8. I forgot to lock the inside latch. Some lady came into my room and left immediately. I then locked the inside. After falling back asleep, I was awaken by a knock on the door. It was the receptionist and she was asking my name. Apparently the room got double booked. It was more than an inconvenience as I had trouble falling back to sleep and kind of set the tone for the next day.
