We had a wonderful stay in the Davidson House. The house was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was appointed well, and the beds were comfortable.Mike communicated very well with us all the way through, and was available for any questions we had.The house is super close to downtown Davidson, and there are excellent walking paths and quiet neighborhoods close by.We highly recommend Davidson House (five stars), and hope to stay there again.Thank you Mike!

Perfect for our weekend trip

This house was perfect for our quick weekend trip for my daughters regional gymnastics meet. The house is in a quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, clean and spacious home away from home

Mike was very welcoming and created a very homey space. Love the way the house was decorated and kept. Love the proximity to great restaurants, the greenway and grocery stores in the area. I would recommend this home to friends and I plan to rent with Mike again in future!

Loved all the little things. The little ring holders, real good paper towels, bathroom spray, front porch and back deck, coffee pods, games, throw blankets, lots of pillows. All that you need for a cozy stay. Beautiful house and great place for a large family!

Good location, well stocked, great communication.

This place is located in a peaceful neighborhood near downtown Davidson. We were impressed with the number of plates and cups available for use. The beds were firm which was great for me. The space was great for the three couples that stayed.

Great home in a great location

My husband and I stayed here for our "rest and refocus" getaway. This home was perfect--in a nice neighborhood close to the shops on Main Street and also close to Lake Norman! Communication with Mike was great. We only used the microwave and coffeemaker, but it looked like the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

Great landing spot for wedding weekend!

This house was great for our daughter’s wedding weekend near Davidson. It was close to the wedding action, the house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of places to walk the dogs. Thanks for a great experience!

Great location and friendly to pets

Check in was very easy and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked with lots of dishes if one wanted to have a dinner party. My daughter's small dog is well house trained, but we both said it was nice having mostly hardwoods downstairs "just in case." My 88 year old mother lives in a retirement community nearby. Our house had too many steps for her to navigate (4 steps). but there ARE good rails to hold onto and she could have managed those a couple of years ago. Visiting nieces enjoyed nearby playground and walking trails. A + stay!

Great local stay

The Davidson House is in a great location, close to downtown Davidson and other local spots. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and everyday items. Mike was an excellent host, very responsive. Highly recommend this as an option for staying in Davidson.

Absolutely perfect

I was helping my Mother ready her house for the market. This was in close proximity and exactly what we needed. We'd stayed here previously when visiting my parents. Thank you to Mike for his flexibility and always being so prompt in his response. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It's lovey, spacious and well appointed. Great location! It's a very short distance to Davidson College and the quaint shops and restaurants on Main Street. It was exactly what we needed. Thanks again!

Great location

This house is in a great spot. The perfect distance from town noise but not so far that it takes too much time to get to stores. I only live right down the street so very familiar with the area. This house is in walkable distance to the park and even has a sidewalk which leads to a greenway trail. My only wish for this house is that it was more cozy with a few rugs and throws. Also, the porch lights stay on all night which I completley understand why, but wish there were some curtains to block that light out. The house had everyhting we needed! Mike was extremely pleasant & responsive and i was thankful his property was available. Would recommend!

Most Lovely Home-Like Peaceful Stay!

Spacious, clean and well organized! Plenty of everything we needed and more at our fingertips! We felt very safe and comfortable. Just don’t park in front of the house or you will likely get a ticket!
