Modern Downtown Charleston Condo

Find an oasis of calm in a recently refurbished apartment done in soothing neutral tones from the rugs to soft gray paintwork. Traditional touches are still found in the wainscoting and wood trim as well as a comfy wing chair in the living room.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

We are available to make your visit to historic Charleston a memorable escape to absorb the southern hospitality and charm of this world renowned destination. One of our staff members will always be in town if you need anything, but you will be sure to have full and complete privacy while enjoying your stay.

This property is decorated beautifully and located in a perfect location. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston, but close enough that it was a quick walk from many good bars and restaurants. Nice condo

Condo was nice and clean and just as advertised. Good location, just half mile from King Street and an easy walk. There is no need to pay for on-site parking. Just get the street parking passes. I never had a problem getting a close parking pass.
