The drywall was repaired in few spots but nobody bothers to clean the place before renting it.

Convenient location. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Room smelled like smoke. We requested non-smoking. The bathroom door was so tight against the toilet it was hard to maneuver around. Carpet stained. Sink in bathroom too forever to drain. Bugs came crawling out of it. Had a first floor room, kids running outside at 2 am followed by parents. Never opened curtain, didn't feel real safe there. Horrible nights sleep. I understand the name of hotel now. Extended stay. They must rent to locals. One person's window had all kinds of stuff on the inside window ledge. The recliner was nice.

Not safe. Tons of criminal activity. People knocking on your door to get in to your room. Rooms not clean, no trash can in room, no toilet paper in room, stains on floor, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Good its pet friendly. Only one working light in the bathroom, no breakfast & needed vacuuming under the bed.

Room was clean! Tanger outlets is with in walking distance from hotel. Walmart is a very short ride from hotel as well.

Property was very dirty, old and outdated. Cigarette burns on the comforter -- wasn't smoking banned from hotels at least 20 years ago?!?!? A sign they haven't upgraded their linens in that long either! Refrigerator was discolored, stove was rusted, office table had a broken leg. We felt like a roach was going to crawl out at any minute...

The room was VERY clean. Bathroom Super Clean. I was sad ni blow dryer.

Desk girl was rude. She never made eye contact with me, seemed angry to have to help me. Asked for ground floor, she said NO. Asked for late chk out, she said NO. No elevators. Won't pick this property again.

Romm smelled of cigarette smoke, kitchen was thifty. Stayed two nights and git no towel service. Really awful.

The staff seemed decent. The bathrooms were at least wiped down, just not to my standards of cleanliness or great for a hotel. The room itself smelled pretty awful. The floors were somewhat dirty.

Dear Constantin, please accept our apologies for your suite not being totally ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this resulted from miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments.
