Adorable place in a convenient location. Only feedback from my employees who stayed was that the futon left a little to be desired for sleeping comfort, so if you're not putting kiddos on it maybe account for that as far as sleeping arrangements go! But they had a lovely experience otherwise!

Located at end of street in a quiet neighborhood. Near major grocery stores and restaurants. Large, secure backyard for dog but we did not spend much time outside. Host very responsive to questions.

Overall it was great to relax with family. The cottage was nice but a little dirty. We found ants on the kitchen chairs and on living room floor. Ice machine was not working. Coffee cups were too small. Again not deal breaker but just letting you know our thoughts to make it better for next round.

Family Vacation

Overall we loved this property! The cottage was perfect for our family of 5. It was about a 15 minute drive to most tourist location and located in a residential neighborhood. There was a lot of car traffic next door with possible renovations- large trucks, construction trucks, random cars, but everyone was friendly and no noise ever disrupted us. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay!We would definitely return!

It was fine

Overall it was a nice, clean place. I've stayed in many VRBO properties and you can tell this property is "rental".The front porch is nice and we used it but it was dirty. It could have been swept and dusted off. It would have been nice to have had some bottled water on hand for guests after a long day of travel before we could hit the grocery store. There was a leak in a bathroom and front door battery died so we couldn't lock the door. The owner did reply quickly which was appreciated.

Sweet cottage .

The cottage is quite cute, well anppointed and comfortable . It was a very pleasant stay, well laid out, quiet neighborhood, well located to Charleston. The hosts were easy to communicate with, helpful in many ways. Front porch was nice to sit out on, back yard could use a bit of refreshing. Overall, a sweet spot.

Perfect fit for our clan.

This adorable house is the perfect layout for traveling with teens and women who all need a spot to get ready. The seating accommodated everyone in our group and the kitchen was perfect. The back yard wasn't quite what was pictured but we were there in the off season. It was securely fenced for the dogs though. The only reason i didn't give 5s is that its not perfect. Its awesome. But not perfect. I'd really give it a 4.5 if i could. The hosts are amazing also.

Quick family weekend to Folly!

We had a great weekend in Charleston! Quick, last minute trip with family of 7…very clean, very comfortable and updated home with everything we needed. Lots of fresh towels, stocked kitchen and easy access to stores, restaurants, movies, beach! Lots of parking, too, which was a plus!
