Great location just off the beach

Spent 2 nights in Agia Marina which is very centrally located and close to the beach. 2 minute walk. Staff are lovely, kind and willing to help. Many restaurants available to choose from and very reasonable priced. Room was clean, spacious and had a nice terrace balcony.

Excellent Hotel

Excellent hotel in a really good location. Near to bars, restaurants and bus stop to get into Chania Town. Stayed in superior room overlooking the pool, could not fault it. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel but shouldn’t be classified as 4 stars. The room layout is strange as the bathroom is open into the bedroom, also the hotel doesn’t have a gym or parking and the breakfast buffet is very average. The staff were all lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Should really be a 3 star hotel.

Good location and nice hotel. Was B&B only breakfast ok a bit more choice would have been nice. Room was adequate, it had a fridge and kettle but no tea or coffee did ask at reception and was told they did not provide these and we would have to purchase from the supermarket. Also not enough coat hangers again asked at reception for some more and again was told to purchase them from the supermarket. Bathroom needs up dating but was clean and adequate. Pool area nice and Anna in the restaurant was friendly and helpful, we booked a couple of trips through her which were cheaper than doing outside the hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. All staff members were very courteous. I sprained my ankle while on an excursion and the hotel staff were extremely helpful in contacting the doctor's office, calling a cab, escorting me from my room to the cab....all was handled promptly, within minutes of my requesting to be seen by a physician. I was also impressed with the physicians who examined me. I would recommend and stay there again in the future.

Great location and overall ok

The room supposed to have one double and one twin room but instead we got a single and a twin plus cot which was large and good for our boy. Our room had amazing big balcony but one night the entertainment was so loud we had to call reception.. Their response was not great but they did turn it down a bit.. Needless to say we were overtired at that point and did not sleep until 1am. Then our little one was very restless and in the morning we complained to reception again..but there was nothing they could really do. Anyway..hotel overall is nice day in a great location.. What we also were disappointed with is wifi.. We could not connect to their wifi at all.. So we ended up using our data...breakfast is ok.. Hardly any fruit..

We greeted, in our room, with a basket of fruit and two small bottles of wine. Nice touch! The room was fairly large; we made it better by re-arranging the table and chairs. Those are the pluses. The hotel has Many stairs, and many different levels; not so great if you have a knee problem. The hotel has a large pool; looks quite lovely. They are also a block from the beach. They have NO in-room hairdryer?? Too odd! We were there during an Horendous rain storm. So bad, we could not get the rental car out of the lot! It was the day we were to check out, and they were kind enough to let us stay several hours past noon. All in all, the hotel was nice enough. So many walkway, rough paths, balconies overlooking each other, made the hotel quite noisy. I suppose it's not too bad in summer, when everyone has their doors closed and air conditioning on.

Dont stay anywhere else.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Rooms were always clean. the pool area was excellent. and the pool bar was top class for food and drinks. only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

Beautiful hotel really close to the beach and a tonne of restaurants. The rooms are modern and nice and the pool is huge and spectacular. It's also at a perfect location near lots of restaurants and fun activites and it's really easy to catch a bus to get into Chania city (25 minutes by bus), which I did most days.

Nice Hotel in Agia Marina, Chania, Crete

Nice hotel, good location a few minutes from main road and access to Agia Marina Beach, restaurants, shops and super markets. Helpful and efficient staff. Large and clean swimming pool. Hotel was spotless in all areas. Thank you Anna and your team for a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Great hotel smooth process checking in and out. Nice pool everything you want from beach to places to eat all within walking distance. Only negative was the confusion of finding their parking area. You need to study the damn paper they give you to find it. Three straight lefts down a dirt road, another left, find the fork, left at the a fig tree...you get the idea. Coming late at night after a long drive that's the last thing you want. They should spend a few bucks and find somewhere easier for their customers. Other than that- no issues

Amazing stay

Hotel Atrion was an amazing stay. Anna at reception was incredible offering amazing customer service prior to arrival and throughout our stay. Hotel was relatively quiet due to it being out of season but still had food service. Rooms were very clean, with change of bedding occurring every other day however when requested rooms would be cleaned again. Excellent stay.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

The hotel is close (walking distance) to the beach and plenty of shops/restaurants in the area. The breakfast was excellent, the food fresh, the breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. The main hotel staff is very accommodating, as I needed to extend my stay for one day and they were able to reshuffle to keep us in same room. The hotel provides parking but requires you to push a button to call reception to open gate whether you're going in or out. This procedure almost made us miss our fight as there was no one at reception to open gate for us to exit parking on our last day as they had stepped out.
