The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a double living room, a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a parking lot, including 2 sheltered spaces. It can accommodate 10 to 12 people. A beautiful rustic farmhouse of great character, with lots of space and large garden, just 15 minutes walk ( steep hill) from central Perigueux, its history, lanes and amazing restaurants.The host is lovely-brought us fruit from her orchard and was very helpful. NB there is no internet.

Maison charmante, fraîche l'été Marie pierre est accueillante et bienveillante. Les lits sonts confortables et l'environnement agréable. La terrasse est abritée du soleil, un plus en période d'été. Il serait nécessaire de revoir la sécurisation de la piscine et du point d'eau à l'arrière de la propriété, néanmoins marie pierre nous a mis a disposition de quoi faire le nécessaire le temps du séjour. Merci pour ce séjour.

Charmantes Haus mit sehr charmanter Gastgeberin

Wir hatten als fünfköpfige Familie mit Hund eine wunderbare Zeit. Das eingezäunte Grundstück liegt idyllisch oberhalb von Perigeux. Es gibt viele Orte im Garten zum Ausruhen, Verweilen und Schlemmen. Wie haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt in dem historischen Haus. Marie Pierre als Gastgeberin hat einen tollen Blick für die schönen Dinge - und ihre Gäste.

Parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou en amis

Grande maison de cinq chambres, idéale quand on est une dizaine de personnes. Un peu dans son jus mais tres agréable ! Il y a un grand jardin, une piscine bien exposée, et la possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures. La maison est située à quelques minutes du joli centre de Périgueux et des commerces, et à moins d'une heure des principaux sites touristiques. Et enfin, nous avons eu un super accueil de la propriétaire, très sympathique. Bref, on recommande !

Superbe propriété, nature et campagne tres appréciées mais aussi proche de Périgueux

Superbe bâtisse très fraîche par temps de canicule. Beau domaine où la nature domine, papillons, lézards, oiseaux... le paradis et nos chiennes étaient aux anges. Nous avons aussi apprécié la piscine et les rires de nos petites filles. Propriétaire très accueillante et très disponible. Nous conseiĺlons, sans souci, cette location pour des vacances en famille réussie.
