Ideally located in a quiet street and in the center of Chamonix, here is a beautiful 2-bedroom duplex of 63m2, all cozy and freshly renovated in December 2022.

On the lower level you will find the entrance, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a toilet and a large balcony offering a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.

On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160 cm), 1 bathroom with washing machine and WC. The accommodation has a private parking space at the foot of the residence. The apartment is clean, family-friendly and functional.

Not sure how you could have a better view. Prop open the windows, hear the sound of the river directly below. Smell of cheese floating around the mountain air. Porch/patio was perfect for breakfast. Centrally located. Walk to everything. Free Mont Blanc Express travel pass was sweet for a day trip to Vallorcine. Only negative was the ceiling height in the bedrooms. Very low. Sloped roof, upstairs kinda situation. Hit my head more than once. Great place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful views in the heart of Chamonix. Easy walking to many food options and the Aiguille du Midi. We visited in summer and it was a bit warm upstairs but opening the window offered a breeze and the sound of the river.

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre ville, agréable à vivre, propre, bien décoré avec une très belle vue sur le Mont blanc. Balcon appréciable avec cette vue.Le seul reproche serait la qualité de la literie dans les 2 chambres.
