Enjoying a serene and scenic setting in Les Frasserands, with views of Mont Blanc and Le Verte for company, this 1st floor 4-bedroom 4-bathroom apartment offers a super holiday base for groups of 8!

Internally, the spacious and inviting interior has been sympathetically updated throughout, and still offers much of its former farmhouse charm (originally built in 1770). The fully WiFi-enabled layout comprises of a spacious living room with rustic open fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD player, alongside a charming separate dining room. The fully-equipped kitchen features a drip coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, freezer, fridge, and induction hob.

The sleeping accommodation is equally well-presented and generous in size; with 4 flexible en-suite bedrooms to relax in. A master double en-suite bedroom and twin joinable en-suite bedroom are accompanied by a 3rd single en-suite bedroom and a 4th family en-suite room, with bunk beds and single bed.

Ski storage and a private garage offer extra convenience. The timeless historical farmhouse also benefits from a sunny shared garden.

By renting an additional ground floor apartment in the same residence, known as ‘Chalet du Croz RJ’- ID 3301, groups of up to 16 can be accommodated in one location (subject to availability); for maximum freedom and flexibility whilst away!

The village of Les Frasserands is situated between the well-serviced resort of Argentière (3 minutes’ drive away) and the Balme/ La Vormaine ski lift. The Les Grands Montets ski school and slopes are just 6 minutes’ drive away. The buzzing amenities and ski facilities of Chamonix town are 16 minutes’ drive away.

Ideal for spring-autumn stays, the breath-taking scenery and fantastic range of resort amenities and outdoor leisure pursuits make the Chamonix valley a truly year-round destination. Top local activities include mountain walking, skiing, snowboarding, sky diving, paragliding, luxury spa treatments, horse riding, rock climbing, golf and extreme outdoor sports. Geneva Airport is 1.5 hr’s drive away.

Nice chalet with amazing view on Aiguille verte and Mont-blanc

Nce and well equiped. The parking is practicle. No direct access to the garden from the house. Bikes in the property would have been great.
